Yes the room was neglected,and the staff didn't seem to care. l have pictures to show that the bed linens were never changed, including the bedspread. And when you pulled the covers back the sheets had hair and stains on them. I asked for sheets to change the linens myself but he said he didn't have any clean sheeys available , he'd see aboit washing some sheets since a housekeeper was unavailable.

Rooms definitely showed age: dresser drawer didn't close, shower curtain didn't stay closed, shower temp hard to adjust, no tissues in room nor available at front desk.

Pay a bit more for a better hotel
The entire hotel smelled like skunk and the rooms weren't in great shape. At one point I came downstairs to leave and the clerk was sleeping on the couch. There was also super loud music and people yelling after midnight.

When visiting this area, we will not be staying at this property again!
When we pulled into the parking lot, the outside was dirty and the building looked run-down. At the entrance there were some supplies that were sitting on the ground that appeared to be for some type of renovation/improvement. They had obviously been there for some time because there was lots of trash and dirt on and around them. Once we entered the building we received a welcoming smell of ****. The gentlemen working the front desk were friendly and also welcoming when coming back into the hotel.
Arriving to our room, the room had a musty smell combined with wet dog. The sheets appeared clean but the one comforter had dirt marks, the carpet needed a deep clean/replaced, and the walls had many dirt marks. We were woken just after 8am by housekeeping vacuuming and setting off a fire alarm twice.

The room was excellent and clean. The staff went above and beyond for me. I had to stay because my house was not ready, the staff helped with making my stay affordable.

前台没人，五个住客等了半个多小时才办理入住。门边的灯开关根本没用，我只好摸黑走到能用的灯那里。我来这里住过四次了，每次都觉得酒店越来越破旧。
周边比较方便，步行能抵达很多餐厅和商店，酒店服务不错，早餐就比较普通。卫生还可以，相对早餐要好一些？
酒店地理位置对我来说刚刚好，住得很舒服也很干净。提供简单的早餐。
