The lady at the front desk was rude upon arrival for check in…once we got to our room discovered there was blood spots on the bed, called the front desk and told them, she basically said we’d have to come down to the front desk to get new sheets, did so and ended up with wrong size sheets. The only thing nice about this hotel was the restaurant that was attached to it but not even apart of the hotel.

This was an excellent travel stop. Would we plan this hotel as a vacation destination? No, but a clean hotel with a really good restaurant (Helena was a beyond excellent waitress). Would definitely recommend!

Immediately I had to argue with the front desk woman about my room being prepaid. She said she needed to collect the $$ for 2 nights. I literally had to pull up my credit card statement and show her that i had already paid for the room in advance. Oh, then she saw on another page in her computer that i had indeed paid already.

The door A i was instructed to use stuck very badly. I had to return to the front desk to tell her i couldnt get in through that door. Then she tells me to pull really hard and it will open. I had to lug all my stuff up a flight of steps to get to my room. The room was updated and clean. Everything was stocked and in working order. It was comfortable. The pool area is why i booked this hotel. My nieces wanted to swim. The ceiling in the pool area was literally peeling off and dropping into the pool. There was water from the roof dripping into the pool. The glass solarium over tge end of the pool was dirty and gross. The hot tub jets were an inch above the bench seat. Poor design. Towels were not stocked. Disappointing.

There was a very good restaurant across the street that i walked to for two delicious meals. Overall, I'm not sure i will stay here again.

This is our second time there and again we found it clean, quiet, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were available though we were getting in somewhat late. The towels were gone but that is to be expected that late.

We checked in lay about 11:30 pm local time. I waited about 15 min at the front desk, no bell to ring or buzzer. Two employees were chatting about their weekend plans. Finally I said knock knock and someone came out. Bed was very bouncy. Felt like sitting on a waterbed. Couldn’t sleep at all. Breakfast was norm, waffles, some instant egg beaters, sausage patties, cereal and juice. Didn’t get to use the pool as we stayed just to drive through.
