酒店回复: The only truth of all is that the air conditioning was indeed broken, which is normal for something to happen at some point, it's a machine. However, I suggested that they change the room until the specialist came to fix the air conditioning, but they didn't want to. Everything else is a lie and I don't understand why it's so bad. Thank you.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were cleaned regularly. All you needed for self contained apartment. Pool area was clean. Sun loungers were comfortable. Good location for getting about village and beach. Pool not suitable for young children as pool is deep.

Crete in September.
Really nice small hotel.The place was very clean ,nice room ,modern bathroom. The pool area was fantastic, very well kept, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, nice snack bar offering food and drinks. There is also a micro brewery next door with a restaurant. The Ipa was excellent. Really nice place to stay in a nice town, would definitely go back.

We had to leave in the middle of the night , One room of two was without air conditioning, no real beds, one tiny light bulb. We booked 3 nights and left before due to the terrible conditions. He told booking that everything was good and refused to compensate us for the other 2 nights.

千万别预订这里！我警告过你，老板粗鲁无礼，根本不乐于助人，而且他对我们的要求（我礼貌地提出要求，因为我已经两天没度假了）也反应很粗鲁。房间很脏，卫生纸已经用过了，床非常不舒服，冰箱坏了，空调都付了钱了，却根本停不下来！我在浴室和厨房里都没找到肥皂，但在淋浴间里找到了一块用过的肥皂。真是丢人，我们假期还没结束就离开了！再也不来了！我不明白为什么会有五星好评；我觉得他们自己写的……
冰箱是温的；所有的食物，肉、牛奶等等，都是温的；我们不得不把它们全都扔掉。空调非常弱；我儿子背上因为出汗而起了痘痘，根本睡不着。
而且空调每天还要额外付8欧元。床简直是灾难；它们是1970年的；躺着都疼，不过那个男的非常友好。我告诉他我有个小孩。
浴室里到处都是上一位房客留下的洗手液；脏得令人作呕。
物超所值！典型的希腊风格，但超级干净。泳池和酒吧非常安静！靠近海滩和小酒馆。我们住在一楼一套四人公寓，可以俯瞰泳池。
美丽的地方，非常亲切和善良的主人，优越的地理位置，一切都很美丽❤️

酒店由一对老夫妇经营，工作人员友善，不是每天都打扫，房间不错。漂亮的游泳池，会议时的阳光和躺椅
海滩（水中的*石）距离酒店 5 分钟路程，这个镇上有很多小斜坡，海滩上有游览机构（比 getyourguide 便宜），海滩上有游览的集合点。
距市中心不到 15 分钟（乘坐巴士 1.60 欧元）
