Myself and my partner stayed here in September 2025 due to being moved here as we had issues with our original hotel. The villa was spacious and lovely and cool with aircons in each room. Villa was cleaned daily, and loved that we could pre order breakfast to the villa each day! Pool was clean, and someone would come round each evening to check the filter etc. Only negatives were the decor is very dated, and there is no dressing table to get ready so was having to balance my phone on the toaster and plug my straighteners in in the kitchen each day! Certainly wouldn’t pay the full price of what they ask for a weeks stay.

Can't speak highly enough about our experience at 12 Islands. Villas are just outside the main resort but only a pleasant 10 min walk into town. The Villas are clean, daily maid service and the pool is checked daily. Manuel is on hand if needed and clearly takes real pride in his Villas. Breakfast arrives between 830 and 9am and is ordered via an App. There is a lot of choice and the quality is good. There is also room service up till 10pm. It's in a peaceful area. There are plans and building for next year, some big projects exciting to see. We loved our stay here. Couldn't fault it. Would recommend and stay again. Thank.you Manuel.

We absolutely loved it. It was perfect for us as a family with a young baby. Manuel and his team are fantastic and cannot do enough for you. The location is around a 10 minute walk to the main part of the town but it is a nice walk with a bar or 2 on the way. We would highly recommend this to anyone and will be back next year. Thanks to the team.

Great villas, everything you could need. Pool and villa was cleaned daily, to a high standard. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. We had a non-moving infant so the number of stairs and the hard floors were a bit tricky but we managed. The closest beach is a pebble beach but if you have a car/are willing to walk there is a lovely sandy bay the other end of town. The breakfast baskets were plentiful (although there is a very well stocked super market maybe 5 minutes drive away so it is possible to get everything from there). The villas are maybe 20 minutes’ walk from the centre of town, where the restaurants are, but that makes it quieter. The bedrooms were all a good sized, and each had air conditioning, and the bbq and terrace was a great place for eating. We’d go back.

Stayed in 12 Islands Villa for a week with the family. We had a wonderful time. The villas are spacious and the service is excellent. Manuel looked after us from start to finish. The breakfast delivery was superb. About 10 to 15 mins walk to the center of the village and the beach but just 5 minutes of a shop and bar. Local bus services main attractions if you don't want to hire a car. Kolymbia is a lovely, relaxed and friendly resort with some beautiful scenery along the coast. Thanks for everything Manuel. We hope to return.

Excellent villas with really friendly staff. Breakfast can be ordered via mobile app and room service is open daily. Reception helps if there is any questions or special needs. Private pool was amazing and kids enjoyed a lot. A warm recommendation for this place!

Absolutely top notch service, not only Greece stanards but globally. Before the trip Manuel replied promptly to all questions and on the spot he showed who has the best contacts to all restaurants, transport people etc. Above all - personnel at Villas were extremely helpful and nice.

Beautiful villa, spacious and well equipped. Cleaners came in and pool attended to daily and beach towels were provided and changed if desired. Breakfast was easy to order via an app and delivered promptly each morning. The villas are located in a quiet area of the town, easily accessible by car and only a few minutes to walk to town or beach. The owners were really helpful- met us late at night to show us the villa, then visited next day to give more information about the area and recommendations of places to visit and eat- the restaurants were good!

This is the 3rd time I have visited. As always excellent service and villas are perfect. The free breakfast is really good and plentiful. Outside areas immaculate. Will be returning again. Manuel is the perfect host and certainly knows how to run a successful business.
