Excellent hotel, great stay.
We had a very enjoyable stay at The Castle Hotel. Caroline, Dom and all the team were very friendly and welcoming.
The Castle is spacious, immaculately kept and well managed. Our bedroom was large and comfortable with everything we could need.
Highly recommended.

Lovely location next to English Heritage Castle. Great value for money, food was excellent and very comfy room. Will use this hotel again when next in the area.

酒店维护良好，干净整洁。然而，我23号房间的噪音一直持续到午夜，可能是发电机的噪音，还有人把瓶子扔进垃圾桶。我房间里一瓶哈罗盖特纯净水竟然要4.90英镑，价格低得离谱，除了两顿欧陆式早餐外，我没有再买其他食物。淋浴间很滑，酒店也知道这一点，所以在浴室里贴了一张小告示，建议客人索要浴室防滑垫。浴室里应该有防滑垫，不用主动索要。我已经单独联系了GK。
箱子
房间很小，根本放不下行李箱。没有空调，只有一个小台扇，所以房间里整天都晒着太阳，很热。只有一个小的顶部可开窗通风，但晚上你不得不拉上窗帘，因为停车场的大型泛光灯会反射到卧室的镜子上。所以房间非常闷热。工作人员非常友好，食物也不错。
绝对美味！食物美味，老板夫妇人也很好，员工服务也很棒。我们每年都会来这里几次，一定会再来的。谢谢Michelle☺️
