They don't know the Nepali citizenship can travel with citizenship.they make more time in our check in time.and they charge for more revenue of slipper at the time of checkin.

Very Disappointing Stay – Unprofessional Staff & Poor Room Condition My recent stay at GCC Club was extremely disappointing and far below expected hospitality standards. The Housekeeping Manager, Mr. Swetag Divedi, behaved in a highly unprofessional and aggressive manner while addressing a basic concern. His tone felt argumentative rather than service-oriented. The duty manager also argued unnecessarily over issuing an extra room key, and even simple requests like drinking water were treated as an inconvenience. It appears the property is primarily focused on wedding and banquet bookings, while in-house guests are neglected. Room 1228 issues: • Bathroom drainage choked • Broken mirror • Poor cleanliness and lack of basic upkeep The only people who interacted with a genuine smile and positive attitude were Mohan ji and his team. They were polite, professional, and actually tried to help—something sadly missing elsewhere. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic hospitality expectations. Photos are attached for reference. I genuinely hope the management takes corrective steps.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a very pleasant stay at GCC Club, Mira Road. The property is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place for both relaxation and family stays. A special thanks to Mubine and the entire team for their excellent hospitality and prompt service. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience with great service and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended! 💕🤗

House keeping department service is excellent, Food production also best, Food service department Good, But only thing Front office is not Good no attention to guest and also rude behaviour. 1 star less for front office.

Mr.Aswin tiwari manager front office is absolutely manneless person he doesn't know how to talk lady customer and literally shouting on my wife and told if you don't like our services why you are staying here and he is pressuring to pay out standing amount as it was delayed by 30 min then given time and he order reception guy to stop supplying electricity in room at 9:00 pm he even didn't bother how will a lady customer stay in room with her two kids without electricity. The worst person has ever seen in hospitality industry and his tone of talking with lady customer seems he is owner of property and did not care for customer who is staying since last 28 days, management has to look into matter seriously to save their such lovely property hope management will look into matter seriously. Sujith duty manager provided us with tailor made multiple stay at GCC. Our connections with GCC club hotels since 2002, we have seen state of art improvements. Very comfortable rooms, excellent housekeeping, authentic buffet breakfast, very helpful staff catering to whatever we need. Thank you to all staff who have made our stay memorable
