Very nice hotel right on the beach at Worthing. Spacious room with balcony and great sea view. Two beach bars in a couple of minutes walk. Nice pool area but the towels on the sun beds at 6.00 am was very annoying. People would then often disappear for hours on end when others could use the sun beds. Typically guests would “reserve” the same beds every day. This was never policed by the staff. That really was the only negative. The two male receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful the lady receptionist not so much. All in all a very good and comfortable stay. Would recommend.

Let's start by the positive points: rooms have a stunning view on the sea and they are truly large for this category of hotel. To be noted that there is a fully equipped kitchen in the room. For the rest, for somebody like me who has spent at least 100 nights every year in hotels for tens of years, it is obvious this one lacks professional management. As a matter of fact even if you stay a number of days you will never ever see a member of management and the hotel is not very big. First at the reception the various employees are as welcoming as a clerk at the internal revenue service! this being said one stunning exception, a gentleman on duty in the evening, Kenneth, always smiling, knowledgeable about his island and willing to help but that's truly the one exception. To be honest everything is in working condition in the rooms, but also everything is old and would really need some renovation particularly the shower. The Aircon works perfectly but the temperature shows in white illuminated figures bright enough to read at night. Breakfast is at the same time very expensive and very mediocre. I stupidly bought the prepaid plan but I would not advise anybody to do so, nor to take it a la carte, mediocre and madly priced. Everything here has to be by the rule. Do not expect any flexibility in anything. On the day of my arrival I got to the hotel around 10 am and so many clients checking out when I was checking in. Even if I was at during the morning the only client checking in I was not given a key before 3 pm as it is the rule. Checking out is an early 11 am. Not having asked for a single favour during my stay I asked the checkout to be extended by one hour which was bluntly refused as not according to the rule and even if during all my stay I never saw the maids cleaning my room before 2 pm! This place would be fantastic with a little renovation and specially professional management

Got recommended this place for breakfast by a local sunbed rental guy, Richard. We weren’t residents of the hotel but we were taken the 100 m or so from our beach beds to the hotel entrance and shown to the cute breakfast room. Plenty of choices at reasonable prices. Served by a lovely lady. I think was called Nicki? Highly recommended.

This is a very clean and tidy hotel. The rooms have 2 beds, lunge area, lovely balcony if you are high up. There is an en-suite with shower, toilet and 2 hand basins. The kitchen is plenty big enough with a microwave, kettle toaster, coffee maker, sink, just about what you need apart from an oven / air fryer. The cleaning staff do a great job of keeping the rooms and hotel clean and tidy, Nikki in the restaurant and bar is very friendly as are the 2 guys on reception. the hotel has 31 rooms but only 22 pool loungers and 10 parasols. Unless you get up at 5am to put towels down don't expect a sunbed / lounger. The hotel management does nothing to police this, in fact some towels were left out overnight and the guests didn't turn up till after 1200 noon. The management say they are looking into this problem, but they have been saying it for months. This is the only thing that stops me from visiting again.

We stayed for a fortnight, had a great holiday and met some lovely people. The location is brilliant, with lovely beach, good sized clean and functional rooms that although dated, do the job very well. Views are amazing, especially the higher rooms which we were lucky enough to be allocated. Easy walking distance to great bars and restaurants. What lets the hotel down, and is so avoidable as there is plenty of space available, is the lack of sun beds around the pool. It just means people get irritated and it can create bad feeling which quite honestly isn’t what anyone wants on their holidays! We witnessed this 1st hand on more than 1 occasion. Sort this out for goodness sake Coral Sands, it should be very easy….then you’d get 5*s from me!

Well located hotel near bars and restaurants. Room was spacious with nice kitchen area. Excellent Sea View. Friendly Staff. The issue as reported by many is the lack of sunbeds & the management’s unwillingness to resolve the problem of all the sunbeds often being reserved by 6.30 am

Nice quiet hotel. Well located, within walking distance of many restaurants including St Lawrence Gap. Large rooms all facing the sea. Small pool area but nowhere near enough sunbeds - although room around pool to have more. During our 10 night stay sunbeds were all reserved by 7am! This could easily be resolved by purchasing more sunbeds - we can’t understand why the hotel hasn’t done this! There are sunbeds on the beach at a cost of 30 bajan dollars per day.

Wonderful hotel sitting directly in the beach. Walking distance to numerous restaurants in Worthing , Rockley and the Gap. Spotlessly clean and very helpful staff. Pool area has great views of the beach and evening sunsets. Super beach for swimming with several beach bars serving great food.

We had an incredible stay at Coral Sands Beach Resort. The location is perfect—right on a beautiful, quiet beach, but still close to great restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have amazing ocean views. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind. A big shoutout to Jerry, who was a brilliant host. He made us feel so welcome and was always around to help with anything we needed, whether it was local recommendations or just a friendly chat. If you’re looking for a relaxed, well-run beachfront hotel in Barbados, this is the one. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location with all rooms having ocean view! Some wear and tear on items but very very clean! Staff were very helpful with special acknowledgment to Gerry for his suggestions and advice. If you want louger by pool....get there very early as the "regulars" reserve with towels..every day....This was okay with us as we prefer to be in the ocean! Poolside bar was great to keep hydrated ;).
