The hotel location is perfect — very convenient and close to everything. The customer service is outstanding, and all the facilities are excellent. However, the breakfast menu is quite limited and could use more variety. Additionally, I noticed a bee in the breakfast area, which should be checked for better hygiene
酒店是由当地老建筑改造的，据说墙砖都有几百年历史了，有典型的英国田园风，隔壁还有个小树林可散步，非常清新自然，是出差和家庭出游的好选择。

酒吧员工可以更乐于助人一些，但这里确实是举办商务活动和婚礼的好地方。
酒店本身很漂亮，房间干净，床也很硬。我之前住过，早餐不错，但这次要16英镑，我们实在不愿意为一顿家庭早餐支付将近50英镑！泳池设施虽然不错，但水温很低。我身体不好，知道这种水温会让我不舒服，所以没下水。孩子们倒是玩得很开心。我希望热水浴缸的使用是免费的，或者至少价格能稍微便宜一些，毕竟三个人一共要15英镑，有点贵！总的来说，这家酒店位置很好，离我们此行的主要目的地梅多霍尔只有15分钟车程。所有员工都很棒。
舒适，早餐不错，员工也很热情。不过酒店设施比较老旧，浴室浴缸和淋浴间的密封条上有黑色霉斑，家具也有些磨损。但所有设施都运转正常，而且很干净。

房间本身非常狭小，闷热难耐，让人难以放松。接待区还有一股难闻的气味，给人留下了不好的第一印象。入住期间，房间非常吵闹，浴室的水压也很差——晚上经常断水，还发出奇怪的声音，让人难以入睡。总的来说，这家酒店维护得很糟糕，也不太热情。夜间接待员非常友好，乐于助人，这是入住期间为数不多的亮点之一。
