Incredible hotel. Very fancy, lovely room, great breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helped me with taxis and translation. I ordered room service during my stay, there was a great selection of meals, it arrived quickly and was delicious. I was only here for two nights during the off season for a wedding, so didn’t experience the pool or much of the local area, so I can only review the hotel itself, and I am incredibly happy with my stay here. I would definitely come back again.

Air conditioning in the room didn’t work ! TV didn’t work ! Room wasn’t serviced ! But apart from that the hotel is very convenient! I think that’s probably the reason people stay there !

Staff at reception is unhelpful and not polite.
Customer service is poor. Customer interaction is terrible. Room design is not convenient. Room cleanliness is average. Location of hotel is not close to any amenities.
