房间卫生还可以，就是偶尔有小蟑螂，酒店比较旧了。
工作人员服务还是很好的，不过我没有给小费。

房间很大，比较干净，比一般的Santika舒服干净
首先很感谢携程对我投诉的响应，因为这个当地老牌的酒店卫生实在堪忧。因为参加展会，所以选择一个比较近的地方，下面就有超市什么都很不错。但真的这个环境让我住不下去。不明白为什么店家不可以换一些干净的东西。住了三个晚上赶紧跑了。
早餐种类丰富，房间干净舒适，地理位置优越。
酒店很干净，房间不算太大，热水供应充足，早餐种类也很丰富。

酒店员工对孩子很友好，当我们有需要时，他们响应迅速。
房间很干净，设施很好很齐全（有吹风机）。
餐厅很舒适（还有儿童游乐区）。早餐选择很多，每样都很好吃（有印尼传统甜点Apem和华夫饼）。
我15个月大的孩子吃了鸡肉粥配索托汤、还有木瓜和哈密瓜切块。
酒店大堂有许多漂亮的拍照打卡点。
酒店可以直接通往商场，度假体验更愉快，不用从家里带零食，商场里有超市和很多餐饮选择。
即使下雨，从网约车上下车也很方便，不用担心被淋湿（可以从酒店门口下车，也可以从Teraskota商场门口下车）。
好地方
酒店地理位置优越，与Teraskota相连，所以不会太无聊。房间很干净，但我有点怀疑床单是不是每次换新客人都会更换，因为它有一种奇怪的味道。房间也需要一些空气清新剂。外面车辆的声音真的会传到房间里，空调的声音也挺吵的。员工很友好，乐于助人。
