This was by far the worst accommodation I’ve ever experienced. The room was filthy from top to bottom — blood-stained sheets, cigarette burns on the blankets, black mould all over the walls and even inside the air conditioning unit, which didn’t work at all. The place was covered in dust and dirt, and the doors wouldn’t lock properly, which made us feel completely unsafe. The listing also falsely advertised a swimming pool and bar, but these were actually in another hotel nearby — something we were never told when booking. When we complained, we were offered a room in another hotel under the same company, but after seeing the state of this one, we had no trust or confidence in them whatsoever. The entire experience was shocking and unacceptable. This property is not as described, unsafe, and should not be available for guests. Avoid at all costs — we are requesting a full refund and taking the matter further. I didn’t even take photos of everything because I needed out of there asap!! Please do not book this disgusting place!!!

We were really hoping to write a good review for this accommodation as the location is good and the apartment is adequate but unfortunately we had an incident this morning. The cleaner came in to the apartment at 9am when we were still in bed. He stole the 50 euros off the kitchen table . Firstly who told this man he could just come in to the apartment at 9am with his key while we were still there and only due to leave at 11. Secondly why did he not announce he was there when he came in. My friend only noticed he was there when she came out the room. We confronted the cleaner about stealing the 50 euro and he could not look at us. It's disgraceful behaviour and I would advise you steer clear of these apartments. It has left a bad taste and it has ruined our holiday.

We arrived at this hotel expecting to check in, only to be told last-minute that we couldn’t stay there because someone had “trashed the room.” No prior notice, no apology — just confusion. The receptionist couldn’t have cared less. He moved slowly, offered no real explanation or support, and honestly looked like he didn’t even want to be there. Zero effort to make things right. We were told we’d be moved to another hotel within the same franchise — further away from everything we’d planned. It felt like they were just passing the problem on. One of the worst parts? The hotel advertises a pool as one of its main amenities, but according to the receptionist at the second hotel, this property doesn’t even have a pool. That’s outright false advertising. Overall, the experience was a complete mess. The lack of communication, unprofessional staff, and misleading marketing make this a hotel I would never consider booking again. Avoid it!!!

AVOID! The hotel is being advertised as open and it’s the building is under construction. There is a block of rooms next to it which absolutely stink with no running water! Not even a pool there! We walked in and then straight back out and stayed at a different hotel. Don’t waste your money!!!

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. First of all, reception was closed for us arriving at 17:30pm and took 45 minutes for someone to notice us. Never checked us in and gave us two rooms, although we paid for 3. Rooms were like something from the 80s and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were holes in the walls, taps hanging off the wall, lights not working, air con not working. Dirt/mould/grime on the walls, floors etc. Fridges were also disgusting. Door handles hanging off also. Good location but that’s all I can say, would definitely not recommend.

Arrived last night around 10pm nobody at reception just a fone number rang it to be greated by a rude receptionist. So went out with friends to come back to the room had been broke into. Passports wallets and full suitcase of clothes took! This needs to be knocked down ASAP!

Arrived at the dubious looking hotel, hoping for the best. Unfortunately, its looks lived up to our expectations. To be told the ridiculous rules by the rude receptionist, was a blast from 40 years ago, and not something a group of middle aged men were expecting. Fines for damage, only one key for five people. Fine if you lost the key. Classy. Then up to our room. It had the look of shabby chic Aleppo style. I'm sure it was the height of fashion and comfort circa 1972. Unfortunately, to say its not been updated is something of an understatement. Within five minutes, we had decided that it wasn't for us, as we don't really find prison style accommodation comfortable at our age. When we told the lady at reception we were leaving, she asked why, what have we done. We were only staying in Portugal for four days, and it would have taken that long to explain the shortcomings of the establishment. Save yourself time. Book somewhere else. Watch the first Inbetweeners movie, and this hotel is pretty close. I'm home now. But still having flashbacks. Thank you
