Naxian Collection 别墅太棒了！我们度过了最美好的时光！我们一家五口住在一栋两层别墅里，有私人泳池，景色迷人。工作人员非常棒。非常友好、细心、知识渊博。他们让我们感到宾至如归，我特别喜欢我们美味的早餐，让我们的一天从早餐开始。我也喜欢和 Alex 在酒吧共度时光！业主经常在酒店里与客人互动，确保所有人都玩得开心！我们以后一定会再来的。强烈推荐！

7 月份，我和 5 口之家住在这里。我们的房间有 2 间卧室和 2 间浴室，还有小厨房、餐桌和休息室。非常宽敞。很喜欢我们房间的游泳池（游泳池大小合适，温度适宜），还有躺椅。酒吧真的很棒！早餐还可以。鸡蛋很好吃。我在其他地方吃到了更好的水果和自助餐。服务非常好。我建议酒店提供更好的亚麻床单，窗帘太轻了，太阳一升起，你就醒了。我还想要一个全身镜。

Initially I thought the hotel was too far away from the town centre, bar and attractions however as we settled into the hotel it was perfect. We had the ground floor of a shared villa with its own pool. The kitchen area was a little tired but nevertheless fit for purpose. The villa had its own lounge area, large bedroom with an ensuite. We chose not to hire a car as were island hopping and this was our second island of 5. We took a 10 min walk to the nearby seafront which offered a great choice of bars and restaurants. The local bus service is cheap as chips with a trip to Naxos town centre 2 euros. The bus stops outside the Naxos Palace Hotel (which is next door) make sure you buy a ticket before you board the bus as they don't sell them on the bus. You can buy them from the reception at the Naxos Palace Hotel. A day spent at Naxos town centre was more than sufficient. We really enjoyed the half day trip from Naxos town centre to the middle of the island. (About 40 euros each), Staff at the hotel were great. It's so quiet at night you can hear a pin drop. I know it's the end of the season for the hotel but they could have done so much more with the outside BBQ which was not in use. That said we loved our stay and would return.

Exceptional service. Very professional, caring and helpful staff. Our grand suite accommodations were lovely. The rooms and pools were very clean, and the breakfasts were delicious. We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely recommend Naxian Collection.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The staff was so lovely and particularly helpful and kind to our children. We stayed in a villa with two bedrooms and a private pool and found it to be quite nice with great AC. We did the bbq one night at the hotel and really enjoyed it!

I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was such a mess that it feels almost irresponsible not to warn others. We had high expectations based on the hotel's "luxury" branding, but our experience was anything but luxurious & we left a day sooner, sadly forfeiting a hefty amount we paid per day Right after check-in, we discovered that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. Not ideal when you’re exhausted from travel and looking for a bit of rest.We reported it immediately, and while staff did come to address it, they had to return twice over two days just to flip the breaker and get it functioning—hardly what you’d expect at this price point. The room itself showed clear signs of neglect: broken toilet seat, a bad smell in most rooms (staff eventually put a whole bunch of wall plugins to help) rust stains on the floor, patchy, uneven paint on the walls, and an overall worn-down feel that didn’t match the hotel’s polished photos. The worst part were the mattresses in both rooms in our villa. The master bedroom mattress was clearly worn out and on its last leg. The staff turned it ipside down to enable us to sleep atter the 1st night of discomfort. It felt like a property relying on appearances rather than actually delivering quality. What made it worse was the staff. Most seemed either untrained or unprepared to help. The front desk staff, although, friendly, weren't empowered to solve problems & messed up basic reservation requests. We really wanted to enjoy our stay here, but the combination of poorly trained staff, maintenance issues, and lackluster service made it frustrating from start to finish. For a place that markets itself as upscale, the reality felt like a low-budget motel trying to pass as something it’s not. To make matters worse, no one in the hotel took any responsibility! For the rates they charge, guests deserve far better.
