My stay at this property was over all pretty good,the weather held up for the most part.
The beach front access was great and the water was so amazing! Didn’t care water sports area as much, due to the personal seemingly not wanting to be available by label the beach conditions as a red flag!
Which didn’t get because the water were calm for the most part! This was a good experience and I’d recommend it!

My overall day here was wonderful! I truly appreciated the hospitality, cleanliness, and the staff’s willingness to ensure everything was done in a timely manner. There is absolutely nothing I can complain about at this resort. I will definitely recommend it to others and can’t wait to come back. It’s convenient to get to nearby areas, and overall, I’d rate my stay a 10 out of 10. Shout-out to Gary—Gary, we will not forget you!

Simple luxury touches, excellent friendly staff, impeccable grounds and amenities. Great beach access , limited dining options but when we did eat at the restaurants the food was very good.

我们升级了房间，选择了海滨海景房。因为我们之前从未去过那里，所以这次一定要好好体验。我们的房间就在海滨，拥有绝佳的海景。我们很喜欢度假村的宁静氛围。它紧邻珊瑚礁保护区，浮潜时可以看到很多美景。工作人员以及普罗维登西亚莱斯岛上的每个人都非常友善。房间保持得非常干净，他们为我们提供了超出预期的服务。我们感到非常安全，一定会再次光临！
晚餐时，他们让我坐在一个湿透的垫子上，所以我整个晚餐都湿漉漉的。房间里的电视坏了90分钟，我等维修人员来，呼吸机（他很好，20分钟就修好了！）也坏了。我要求延迟退房，他们同意了，这样我就可以……
