We were welcome with champagne. Snacks. Juices and 🍰 in our room. The room had its own entrance, including an outside shower and private balcony We had everything for our comfort in our room. Adults only. I can't express myself anymore than my husband and I had a great time and wish we could've stayed longer. We definitely visited again
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the food was the best food I have ever ate at a hotel. As someone who travels regularly and traveled there for my anniversary I feel like the resort did nothing to acknowledge the day. I felt like once we declined to attend the resorts presentation they did not want to provide hospitality to me and my husband. I paid extra for the signature side and the staff were not hospitable. We also paid for dinner on the beach and it was one of the worst ones we had it was poorly lit in an extremely isolated area and not worth the money. I would come back for a vacation but not for a celebration.

The room was old and half of the things not working. The toilet wasn’t working I had to move to another room. there were no robe or slippers as advertised. Floor appears dirty.
Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.
I wold not stay there again or recommend anyone.

There were so many hidden gems all around the resort, from the sunset cove to the hot tub/cold plunge area.

We just got back from our vacation here. While our vacation was not ruined, I would not go back to this resort.
The food was not great at all. I’ve had better food at different Jamaican resorts.
The staff’s pleasantness was extremely hit or miss. We had some great servers at the steakhouse, the Jamaican restaurant, the Asian restaurant, and the pool bar, but other bartenders and servers were unpleasant.
Our mini fridge never got restocked. I called for housekeeping to bring us some stuff and they never showed up.
A couple we were with went without AC for over 30 hours before the hotel decided to do anything. Only after several complaints did the hotel finally move their room.
Everyone got steadily harassed about booking the spa.
The pool was amazing, and we spent a lot of our time there. The drinks were good. The activities the hotel had and shows they put on were entertaining.
A lot of inconveniences, not just for us, but for everyone out of our group of ten. I love Jamaica, but there are much better places to stay.

这是一家很棒的酒店，有很多事情可以做，泳池、酒吧和餐厅都很多，选择丰富。我和未婚夫的周末度假过得很愉快。我们住的是海滨初级特大号套房。我喜欢我们房间就在成人专属泳池旁边，那里有酒吧，而且也能直接去成人专属海滩。我喜欢他们有高尔夫球车接驳服务，可以在酒店内穿梭。我们基本上都步行，只有刚到酒店他们送我们去房间的时候才用了。我喜欢酒店房间不是集中在一起的，而是分组的别墅式房间。
这是我第二次入住这家酒店，第一次是在2019年。房间状况大不如前，一股很重的潮湿发霉味。在我入住期间下了几场大雨后，我看到水顺着墙壁流下来——我的房间在三楼。除了印度餐厅和波塞冬点菜餐厅外，其他餐点的味道充其量只能算是一般。
好的一面是，大部分员工都非常友善，让人相处愉快。酒店位置绝佳，旁边的日落湾海滩是我最喜欢的地方。娱乐项目比以前有了极大的改善，从DJ到歌手都非常出色，才华横溢。
不幸的是，尽管房价不算贵，而且如果想离开度假村，交通费高得惊人，但我应该不会再预订第三次入住了，主要原因是房间的状况太差了。
强烈推荐，这里就像家一样舒适。工作人员非常热情好客，食物也很美味。
