Not a good place to achieve rest or get rested. Experienced alot of Kaos and loud people, noises and children during my two day weekend stay, Breakfast was very limited for a baymount as not as other ones have. I wouldn't recommend this place unless it's a must

Dear Wyndham Hotels, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the level of service provided to me by one of your managers during my recent stay. I had a very unpleasant experience while checking in and was met with extreme rudeness and hostility. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I observed a paying customer requesting a fork for his meal. The manager who was serving him at the counter refused to provide him with another fork even though the customer noticed it was dirty. The manager was extremely nasty to the customer, who happened to be Hispanic like me and my sister.I also faced a similar attitude from the same manager during my check-in process. The manager was unprofessional and discriminatory towards me and my sister, who are Hispanic. I cannot help but believe that this manager was exhibiting ****** behavior and was being discriminatory towards customers of Hispanic descent. I cannot comprehend how a customer who is paying for a service can be treated in such a way, and I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated.

Do not let the terrible reviews of other Baymonts turn you off from this one. We stayed 2 nights and were very satisfied with all of it . The cleaning chemicals used in the hotels in CO are pretty intense smelling but we just opened our window. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good service, overall a great place to stay for the money.

Quiet place to relax after sightseeing. Easy access from the freeway. Located close to restaurants and special places to visit. All personnel were friendly and helpful. Nice indoor pool for relaxing and recharging.

The room was very clean nice. The king size bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good. I love the little mini waffles there’s so much better than a big, large waffle. I could just do one or two little ones. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even let me do a late check out because I had a medical procedure done that morning with no problems

Stopped in for one night and everything was excellent! Easy and quick check in and check out. Room was ready right away. Room and whole hotel super clean. Breakfast fast, easy, convenien. Perfect stop for a one night. Right off the highway and close to lots of food optiobs .

I only stayed for a night before a job interview, and the location is right off the interstate and easy to get to. The front desk staff was very courteous and kind, and the room itself was clean and the bed was comfy. I would defniitely stay here again.

There was an outrageous accidental fee and for the money the breakfast was not up to par nor was the service. There was only one front desk person who was polite and helpful. The rooms were very small and we were told we didn't reserve the room we did.
