酒店回复: I am surprised that you stayed the entire four days if the situation was as bad as you stated. You had three pets with you that you did not reveal at check in time that were discovered later and were charged for. Security deposit is always refunded and may take 48-72 hours to reflect. We always have free coffee but do not offer breakfast which is very clear on our website. Your bad rating is obviously because you were caught hiding extra pets in your room and had to pay.

Pleasantly surprised. Was much nicer than I thought it would be. Staff was very nice too. Room didn’t get cleaned and had to ask for more towels but that’s it. Otherwise a pleasant experience.

糟糕的住宿体验,不推荐这家脏乱差的地方。红屋顶旅馆?更像是塌顶旅馆。浴室门上明显有修补过的洞,地板开裂,快要散架了,淋浴简直糟透了。淋浴间里有头发、污垢和虫子,我不得不自己清理。淋浴喷头几乎没有水压。床也不舒服。窗帘从轨道上掉下来,而且非常破旧。前台态度冷淡,没有提供任何帮助。我儿子把他的爱宠和毛绒玩具落下了,我打电话过去,他们说“他们没找到”,结果等了两个小时都没回电话(我不得不又打了一次),然后就挂断了。总之,除非你真的急需,否则我不会推荐这家酒店。我宁愿睡在车里,也不愿再住在这里。

我和家人在这里住了四天。我在网上预订了酒店。入住时,被告知需要支付75美元的押金,退房后可以退还。但我到现在还没看到我的押金。前台人员服务态度很差,态度也很粗鲁。大堂提供免费咖啡。没有免费早餐。入住第二天,水停了。不知道为什么。他们说晚上7点后会恢复供水。房间里的电话也坏了。

入住时工作人员非常友好,床很舒服,房间也很干净。这是我们最近自驾游期间住过的三家酒店中最好的一家。
