Parking easy, staff weird, had very old fashion feel, felt really unsafe, weird bags all night, no restaurants near, across the street from justice department, saw 2 cop cars leave and had a hot pursuit with sirens on, room down the hall with door cracked all night....never again..

On the way to the hotel I purchased the stay about 1 hour ahead of time through *******. Instead of putting same day, ******* placed my stay two weeks in advance, which I didn’t catch until check in. Front desk reassured me that this happens all the time and that I need to pay again, and they will work with ******* to reimburse me for the additional booking. When I came back for the refund, the property refused to work with me on the refund despite what their employee had said . To add further insult to injury, I was initially placed in a dirty room where the sink had no plumbing and drained into a bucket. I was given a better room after I went back to the desk and complained of the sewage smell. Over all, felt taken advantage of and had an unpleasant experience with both the property and ******* on working with me to fix the initial issue.

Overall it was ok
The water pressure was really low and the couch was really dirty. There were stains all over it and the carpet had a mildew smell. The staff was very nice and professional. Even arriving late, there were parking spaces in the front. Our boys loved the breakfast buffet. Overall it was ok.

The lobby was way over scented. It took quite a bit of time to check in and I was the only patron at the desk. First set of key cards did not work. Had to go back to the desk to get new cards (lugging luggage). Second set of cards “unlocked” the door but it would not open. I started heading to the desk but the desk staff came up to help with the door. The latch was tricky and would only open if you lifted it up (not push down which is typical).
On the plus side the AC had a continuous fan mode which is awesome for white noise purposes.

The property was okay, it was clean but had a stale and old smell. I paid through a third party, so my stay was prepaid. The day I checked in the hotel the hotel charged my card for the stay again! I called them and they told me they see I paid third party but could not see the payment method because I had already checked out. Now that was BS! I have the transaction on my card statement. They did not resolve the issue! resulting in me reporting the transaction and having to get a new card. What an unneeded headache that was to deal with! I most likely will never stay there again.

I was greeted with a smile at the front desk when I walked in to check in. Every staff I came in contact with were friendly and smiling. The facility was clean and welcoming. I felt safe with my children. Thank you for your hospitality!

We booked because it had some good reviews so we were a bit shocked . We called front desk to tell th WiFi wasn’t working . He rudely said do this snd do that . We tried to explain that’s what we were doing . He said come down here I’ll show you ; however , he couldn’t connect either . He saw a number and said go call this number and see what they say . Couldn’t believe he didn’t call ; he just walked off. Mildew in bathroom ; toilet was not completely bolted to floor so it shook when you sat down and got up . Several sketchy people hanging around outside .
