Although it was kind that I received a phone call to upgrade my room the day before arriving the room we got put in was awful. It was so hot in there there (air conditioning not working properly)and it took a trip to the front desk at about 2 1/2 hours later a phone call before someone finally came down to check it out. Got switched to another room, which only had two beds when we had six people and had to make another switch. It was a lot of movement.. no extra betting in the room considering we had to use a pullout couch, which they knew this, but no pillows for it and housekeeping was not around. The rooms are very rundown.
Staff was very nice. Check-in was easy.

The continental breakfast was not very good, we have stayed here many times in the past and the food quality has declined!

The air conditioner didn’t work and I noticed stains on the bedding. The bathtub did not look clean - it looked like there was dirt around the drain. The noise of the other guests was not the hotel’s fault, but it kept me from sleeping because they were roudy.
