Super great that you can get 3 people in one room too!
There was a small miscommunication as i didnt recieve my code to get in however a quick, pleasant phonecall with Andrew and I had it in a matter of seconds.
We will more than likely be using this facility again next year!

Clean and modern room, having a fridge and microwave in the room was handy.

Just needed the one night to stay while family was in crosshouse hospital. Excellent room for a good price.

The bedroom was well set out, comfortable and clean with nice decor.
The inclusion of a fridge and microwave is great - perhaps a cloth and washingup liquid to clean the mugs may be an idea if they are not replaced each day? The ensuite was clean but the Shower unit is in need of some cosmetic tlc - the sealant is discoloured which spoils the overall view.

St Andrews Guesthouse Irvine
Good Points: General area clean (stairwells etc), room carpets/floors, kitchenette and bedding clean and towels provided. TV system working well. Location good.
Improvements: Remotely managed and had to continually make contact with management to get any information, eventually got texted a code for check in about an hour before, despite website saying email with info 24 hours before. Had left home and was travelling not knowing if we actually had any accommodation to go to or not. Some holes/cracks in walls, no shower gel/shampoo provided (most places at least have gel), no toilet roll holder so had to awkwardly hold it, bathroom badly needs looked at - shower tray and tiles mouldy and need a good scrub, black mould above shower, and all round inside of window. One plug socket wobbling off wall and lamps didn't work even after plugged in. Mattresses could do with being replaced also.

我们预订了 3 晚 4 天的住宿，我不得不打电话给经理，因为没有暖气，垃圾桶也没有清空，他为我们提供了一晚免费住宿，我们得到了一个小风扇加热器，几分钟后我们不得不关掉它，而且味道不好，所以 3 晚没有暖气，我从来没有去过这样的宾馆，床上用品在你上床之前就已经皱巴巴的了，我们 4 天没有干净的毛巾，没有垃圾桶，没有清空，没有自己打扫，没有看到任何人，我们到达时钥匙就在房间里，离开时你把它扔进一个盒子里，房间里有微波炉（没有盘子）、茶和咖啡，还有一个水壶，足够煮 2 杯牛奶，但没有加满，我们的最后一晚是最糟糕的，因为隔壁的人有朋友进来，噪音大得离谱，喊叫、唱歌和敲门，迫不及待地想第二天早上回家，地理位置优越，你需要的一切都在门口，但不会再去了，很抱歉，因为我们喜欢尔湾
