The room was adequate, the staff were friendly. The corridor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the doors banging at all hours wasn’t great but for the price, it did my needs.

We are Argyle fans, we drive to most away games, we were looking for a hotel close to Adams Park, this was the closet i could find, i always check the reviews there were mix reviews, but book it anyway, when we arrived we parked the car, 2 car parks one on the main road, then the other is round the side, when we walked in there was alot of men in there one was being quiet nasty to one of the staff, i was worried, we had our room on tje ground floor, we could open the window as these men were outside our window, in tje room it was clean and tidy a nice size wardrobe with lots of hangers, we also had a lovely size fridge and mircowave, ee didnt use them but as this hotel didnt do food it would be handy, the tv could have been a little bigger, but overall the room did its job, the bathroom was as you would expect, i dad have to shower with the shower door open as i couldnt get it to close, and the bathroom door inside was coming off, silly little things thet are easy to fix, its so handy 10 mins into the eden shopping centre, its around 45 mins to the ground, we got a taxi back, the stafff that we saw seemed lovely, the room could do with a womans touch, a nice rug to make the floor look nicer.

I went to this hotel as I had to book somewhere last minute. The hotel looked okay from the outside but upon entering I realised what a mistake it was. The manager or landlord was extremely rude to my partner. He spoke down on us and tried to tell us how lucky we were that the hotel room was under £100. We were told we could check in at 12pm by the receptionist. He said this wasn’t true and called the receptionist and proceeded to swear at him in front of us. As if this wasn’t bad enough the hotel room was also tiny, dirty and a horror to be in. That room was not even worth £20. I would have been better off sleeping in the car. After being in there for around 20 minutes we heard swearing, screaming and loud banging. The manager then told us this was somebody the council had put in. The next day my partner told him he should infrom guests beforehand, he told my partner it was a lie and he did not know about anybody the council put there. He also shouted at me for paying less that he thought I should when booking the second night, I told him I paid the price I was told to pay. This whole ordeal was an absolute disaster. I feel VERY DISRESPECTED, never again will I ever stay at that horrible place. The way the manager spoke has literally disgusted me.

Arriving at this hotel, we were met with a friendly receptionist behind the bar who greeted us and gave us our room key. The bar at the time was slightly rowdy but we proceeded to our room and the key at first did not work and after 20 minutes we got it working. The room was nice the sheets were clean but our window did not lock and the door did not have a deadlock on it which makes me slightly uneasy on a hotel stay. Ultimately, the hotel did the job for us as we were going out that evening but in a different situation I would definately be paying more to stay somewhere nicer!

合伙人因公入住。已按要求将登记信息录入停车确认单。之后又入住了一次，却被告知停车确认机已停止服务。我们现在收到了两张停车罚单，尽管我们提供了入住证明，却仍被威胁要开具CCJ罚单。酒店里根本没人能提供帮助。无论如何都别住这家酒店。即使没有停车罚单，这家酒店也脏乱不堪，客户服务也很糟糕。它更像是一个临时住所。
体现了低成本，但基本设施缺失。
19号房间——不必要的大冰箱和微波炉占据了很大一部分地面空间，导致书桌被挤到角落，完全无法使用。
茶/咖啡机和水壶不在插座附近，所以不得不搬到房间的另一边。
衣架被书桌挡住了。窗户发霉了。
浴室还算可以，非常干净，但是没有地方放洗漱用品，淋浴间也没有地方放沐浴露/面霜。
工作人员非常有礼貌和友好，安静且非常干净
