The hotel was clean and a great location. The hotel is close to the shops and restaurants. Breakfast and coffee served each morning and ice cream at night. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I did not have hot water for the whole two days we stayed at this hotel. I was told the first day by the front desk, one of the hot water heaters was not working and would be fixed. The next day we still did not have hot water and was told by the front desk, we try to rig it, but, guess it didn’t work. Seriously, this was unacceptable. The front desk, then told me they could give us a 20% credit for the two days without hot water, but that was the best they could do. I asked to speak to the General Manager, however, was told, there was not one working this weekend. Unbelievable! When a hotel has marked-up their pricing 60% for the last weekend of December you would think, you would at least be able to talk to the GM , when you can not take a HOT shower or get into the safe, that by the way not working either and I was told(by the front desk) would need to be rest. I asked if, there was another room available, and were told they were sold out. But, then, I found out they did not have any more suites but did have other standard rooms. Could they have not let us make that decision ourselves to move to a regular room and be able to take a shower? This Hotel experience was as, if, I stay at Motel 6. I will add, the front desk person was nice but told me the GM would not do anything else for us. I believe we should have had a least one night free or have asked us, if we would like to move to a room with hot water.

This Hotel was so clean, classy and comfortable. The renovation totally improved the property. We have been staying always since 2018 when it was still Barington hotels. This was a huge investment and looks great. I will advise to add more breakfast varieties. Otherwise this is our place to stay always.

Excellent from check in to check out. The check in gal texted me a couple of times to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The bed and room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was flavorful consisting of eggs, sausage, bagels, breads, pancakes,cereals and yogurt. The gal made sure that the food was always filled. At night, Darlene had a nice supply of apple cobbler and ice cream. She was very personable. Excellent experience no concerns. Highly recommend.

The bed was very comfortable and motionless. There are no drawers or anywhere to put clothes if staying several nights. The breakfast was scrambled eggs sausage biscuits and gravy. There was cold cereal and bagels too. They have 24 hr coffee. The dessert is served nightly 9-11 but they run out fast. Of the 3 nights we were thrre, we missed dessert.

Staff was nice and accommodating. I loved the dessert bar at night. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Rooms weren’t ready until around 4 pm or after. No bathtub plug to take a bath. Staff gave me a bowl to use for a plug (allow water to rise above bowl and it will provide suction) and it did work.

As stated this is a simple, no frills hotel, likes: CLEAN, great staff, friendly and helpful. Dislikes: no drawers in room to put away clothes, just shelves, I could understand if most of the guests stayed just one nite{like along the interstate] but I imagine most of their stays are for multiple nites. The breakfast wasn't nothing great, hot breakfast was pancakes and scrambled eggs and sausage, everyday. Of course there was cereal and rolls and yogurt. But after a couple days I needed something else.

The team supporting our Navy reunion was exceptional. The room was nice. The exception was nowhere to put your clothes, no drawers! A microwave would have been nice, but not necessary. But, great & friendly team. We'll come back next year for sure.
