We pay great attention to our guests' opinions and comments, and we find it difficult to understand how you could have been overlooked by our staff and felt neglected during one of your requests. Unfortunately, we were unable to identify the exact occasion on which this happened to you, as you did not consume any drinks or meals during your stay. At Mas de l'Oulivié, our facilities are designed to allow our guests to eat at any time of day, so it is impossible that you were unable to enjoy lunch. The restaurant is open from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., and outside of these hours, the snack service is open by the pool until 6:00 p.m. After 6:00 p.m., the bar takes over and serves cold dishes and casseroles prepared by the chef. Likewise, your comment about the lack of fresh pastries concerns us. Since the croissants are baked every morning, they couldn't be fresher... Our express breakfast menu at €7 for an all-butter croissant and a hot drink seems perfectly fair and reasonable. We hope to have addressed your concerns and apologize for any inconvenience you may have caused, which you unfortunately did not report to us either during your stay or upon your departure. 酒店回复: Dear Guest, We thank you for your feedback and are delighted to read that you enjoyed our swimming pool and the splendid view of the Alpilles as much as the beauty of our landscaped garden, carefully maintained for the enjoyment of our guests. We take note of your comments regarding breakfast and sincerely regret that the variety offered did not meet your expectations. We are just a little shocked to read that you experienced "the worst breakfast of any hotel"! Please note, however, that we have a high satisfaction rate with the Mas breakfast, which we have continually improved year after year. We do offer excellent local organic apple juice, but freshly squeezed orange juice is offered at the same price despite its negative carbon impact. We are surprised that you did not discuss this choice with our breakfast servers. The savory treats we offer (cheese and ham) also vary every morning, but you may not have stayed at our hotel longer enough to experience it. Just like the homemade pastries in the baker's basket, which also vary daily, our pastry chef takes care to create new delights every day (a cake, pancakes, rochers, a loaf cake, cookies, etc.). Regarding the bedding, we apologize that the bed dimensions were not to your liking. However, we do not have any 150 cm wide beds in the hotel, only 160, 180, and 200 cm beds. This information is also included in the room description when booking and allows guests to select the size of their bed, a detail you probably did not consider when making your reservation. 地方还不错，但不知何故，对住店客人来说有点冷落。最后一天竟然没有提供座位（不过有来自荷兰的外地客人！！！）。早餐：第一次还不错，但第二次，客人和工作人员挤在狭小的厨房里自助，真是可惜。没有新鲜的羊角面包……不值这个价钱。
泳池很漂亮，可以欣赏阿尔皮勒山脉的美景。花园漂亮且维护良好。25欧元的早餐价格太低了。质量不错，但选择太少。这是我们行程中所有酒店里早餐最差的。没有果汁，没有羊角面包和巧克力面包可选。只有一片肉（没得选）和一块奶酪（没得选）。而且鸡蛋还要额外付费。这就是客人不吃早餐的原因。1.5米的床太窄了。
房间舒适宜人，花园维护良好。场地干净整洁。安全的泳池周围环绕着橄榄树，充满异国情调，宁静祥和。停车场也很安全。这家酒店非常人性化，员工服务周到专业。特别感谢Stéphane和Dominique，他们热情周到，总是会关心客人。早餐棒极了，每样都很美味！我们夫妻俩已经来过好几次了，这次带着宝宝又来了……我们还会再来的。
承诺很美好：泳池区很漂亮，酒店干净，服务周到，但是：位于省级道路边上 除非你喜欢香蕉，否则早餐价格太令人失望了！套餐里没有新鲜水果，每天都是同样的冷盘 打扫房间期间不允许带狗进入房间，不能使用泳池区，但酒店允许带狗入住 浴室老式，浴缸不实用，没有储物空间 房间可以看到屋顶 没有行李服务 更糟糕的是：留意你的账单，因为我们住了5晚，两人，他们却额外收了6份早餐费！！

美丽温馨的农舍，地理位置优越，方便游览阿尔皮勒国家公园及其普罗旺斯村庄。工作人员热情周到。舒适的空调客房，床上用品舒适。泳池区非常漂亮，但靠近马路（幸好人不多，也不容易被看到）。体育设施一般，沥青网球场不太适合炎热的天气（不过，它的存在也值得称赞），滚球场略微偏离中心，提供小型电动自行车。早餐选择丰富，但价格偏高（每人很难低于14欧元）。午餐菜单选择丰富，但味道不错。价格仍然相当合理。晚餐没有餐厅（只能点铁板），这对某些人来说可能有点不便，但这也让我们有机会在附近发现一些很棒的餐厅。值得推荐的农舍！很遗憾，我们无法用“好”来评价这家酒店及其服务，因为我们的评分标准是从“一般”直接到“非常好”……
