They wouldn't give us toilet paper place totally disgusting had cockroaches everywhere fridge didn't work both sinks leaked everywhere and didn't drain they charged us for key that stopped working that wasn't our fault all the sheets and blankets dirty and stained absolutely terrible experience

The property photos on ******* are misleading. I did not stay upon arrival. It was rundown. There were people walking around with shopping carts. A couple throwing food or something off the second floor balcony. Took me a week to contact manager to try for refund with no sucess. This was by far the worst experienceI'vehadon *******..

The worst hotel ive ever stayed at we booked 2 days for my husbands birthday fathers day trip we ended a 3 day trip i had been planing for over a month the first night at 1:30 am because my 2 children could not sleep beacuse there were people fighting outside our door my youngest child was scared and crying to go home because they were banging on the walls and doors we and had to drive till 430 am to get home!!! The pictures look nothing like the building or the rooms there was a gaint hole in the shower wall dead coakroaches on the floor and the tv made loud screeching noises with lines threw out it it claims to be family friendly but this is more of a ran down crack hotel for homless drunks do not bring your family here

Very run down, the room smelled of cat. The walls and tub area were pealing. The sink in the kitchen area was unusable, it would turn off but not turn off. The pull out sofa mattress was horrible and I had to ask for seats at the front desk but they were stained and gross looking so I ended up at Walmart buying my own. The mini fridge was broken and barely hanging on for dear life. There were homeless people everywhere. Just every uncomfortable but you get what you pay for I guess.

Do not go here. I had to check out 15 minutes after checking in!! First the attendance gave me the wrong room number and as I was trying to get in. Someone peeked through the window very embarrassing and scary! As soon as I got in, I turned on the sink to wash my hands and it wouldn’t turn back off. There was roaches everywhere the beds, the floors, the cabinets, countertops, fridge etc. The bathtub was disgusting filled with stains. I pulled open the sheets on the bed and the beds were severely stained and it smelled. Chairs were also moldy. Just a bad experience overall. The attendant didn’t even try to convince me when I told him I was checking out. Because he knew how bad it was! I need my refund.

Stayed there while I was looking for a new place to stay live and didn’t want to spend slot of extra money on hotels. Photos online show this place as having decent rooms. I drive up and it has abandoned vehicle out front, over growth of landscaping, an empty pool, and the property looked very worn down. Since the reservation has a no cancellation I was stuck. I get my key and head to my room. As I open the door, the smell of cigarettes and animal urine hits me. The room was falling apart. Missing bulbs. Light fixtures falling apart. Usable T.V. Door security lock unusable. Toilet and shower leaking. The police driving by and fight and shouting from other by visitors. Really made the stay feel unsafe.
