Our room was clean & tidy. The staff were pleasant & helpful. The breakfast, food in the evening & drink were good & reasonably priced.
Overall we have no complaints & enjoyed our stay. Communication prior to our stay was good as the hotel kept us informed of any issues & events taking place.
In the summer having direct access to the beach would be great for families.
Yarmouth was not far to travel to.

Excellent Hotel so close to the beach
Very happy with our one night stay at The Cliff. Really friendly and helpful staff. Huge very comfy bed and room incredibly quiet.

Lovely hotel in a prime location. Extremely helpful staff. The food is great (afternoon tea is a must, dinners are abundant and tasty, breakfasts are served in a cosy art deco setting.).
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
There was a slight issue of a vent system being very loud and disturbing our night. The reception was not aware of it and proceeded to fix it upon our departure- hope the gears are lubricated and quiet now

Room was clean but noisy and and very warm.
Food here was very good in the restaurant in the evening but breakfast was average.
We went to see the seals at horsey gap and it was close, so perfect for us.

But breakfast food is a different matter with simple things like scrambled egg and toast - ugh !

Great dtay at the Cliff. We had a partial Seaview the views were amazing. Breakfast was good but warm rather than hot. Food good quality. I feel the bar area whilst nice lacks atmosphere. The terrace has amazing views its a shame the nights were so cold as we couldn't use it fully but may be possible on a future stay. Renovations ongoing this affects the outside areas but didn't impact on us. Disruption was kept to a minimum. Reception staff and Breakfast service amazing.

床垫非常不舒服，弹簧都突出来了，我不得不找前台多要几个枕头才能勉强入睡。窗户也很难打开，需要叫人来帮忙。我预订了餐厅的晚餐，结果被安排在一个非常小的角落里，根本没有活动空间，也动弹不得，而且完全被服务员忽视了。
