I checked in easily at the front desk. The first room I was given was on the first floor. When I checked it before unpacking I found a candy wrapper on the bedside stand, and crumbs and such on the floor bedside. I asked to be moved to another room. When I walked in the 2nd room on the 2nd floor, I immediately noticed that the toilet was running. I tried lifting the lid off the back to juggle the float, but it wouldn’t budge and I didn’t want to make it worse. Then I went in the room and when I saw the blue chair by the window, I knew I couldn’t stay in this hotel. It had a large brown stain on the seat cushion. I was shocked that the chair was left in that condition. I found another place to stay. I understand that I would lose one night’s stay, and I am waiting to see if I get a refund on the other 2 nights I had booked. I just could not stay in an unclean place

The room was clean but the bathtub was old and damaged. It really needs to be replaced.

Had them completely change out our bedding. They did , no problem. The air conditioner was leaking. The toilet paper roller was falling out the wall. The room didn’t smell clean. Just being honest. Other than that, the hotel is in a really good location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff but the bathroom was filthy (Urine and hair on the toilet, dirty tub scum, shower mold, I wasn't sure of the droppings behind the toilet.

Usually this is our go- to hotel but this time it was a disappointment. While the hotel itself was clean- there was children's drawings on the window shade, the toilet seat looked like someone kicked it, the shower was peeling in the bottom and had hair in it, our door had indentions that resembled someone hitting the door and the keys stopped working half way through our stay. The wifi was horrible, we explained to the guy up front but he basically told us that it was the weather. And we could reset it except there were no options to reset it. When I brought my own wifi the next day it worked just fine. Not to mention, check out time is 11 and my partner was rudely awake at 10 am by vacuuming. I'm severely disappointed in this stay and would honestly like a refund because of the inconvenience.

The property was exceptionally clean. The moment I walked into my room I asked myself if I was really at a quality inn. My room had two queen beds and each bed had 4 pillows (usually it’s only three). Staff was super friendly. My only issue was that the breakfast items hadn’t been replaced (we went down at 8:00 am). Tried to serve myself a fried egg and it literally crumbled when I picked it up it was so dried out (same for the bacon and sausage), but there were other options so it really wasn’t a big deal. By the way, the girl behind the desk asked me before I even reached the breakfast buffet that she would “replace “ anything if we needed her to.
I would stay here again!
