Wasn’t very happy with overall stay
Office management was nice but getting to the room it was dirty. Room wasn’t cleaned at all. I went out and bought cleaning supplies to clean the room. Floors looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped. Restroom was dirty shower wasn’t cleaned also. Was just very disappointed

You get what you pay for.
Upon arriving, we had a good experience with the front office receptionist. That’s about where the good time stops. We got to our room and immediately noticed some stains on the comforter of one bed and what looked like a cigarette burn on the other. The shower floor looked like it had not been cleaned—there was loose dirt and some grass like stuff on the bottom. Toilet and sink looked clean, but when we first entered the bathroom there was a smell. We don’t know if it was from neighbors (we were the only one in our area from what we could tell so probably not neighbors). There were bugs in the room as well. They looked like the little German or baby roaches. TV would not turn on. Service phone looked crusty. AC unit was broken and looked horrible. The beds were okay to sleep on, we just checked all over to make sure no little critters were inside. Room 125. I won’t be going back, that’s for sure.

It was ok
Loved that hotel was so close to the Frost Bank Center, but I needed an iron and we had to go to the office to borrow one, instead of each room having one. Then when I did borrow the iron there were a total of 3 plugs accessible to us, 2 on each side of bed on the lamp and one in the RR and from those 3 only 1 worked.

Could not cancel
I did not get to stay! I tried to cancel three days previous. My typing was disabled with my virtual agent. The hotel gave me a 1 800 number it repeatedly said that my confirmation number was not valid

I checked in a room with 1 king bed, but upon arriving there was no AC working and the feeling was like in SAUNA. I turned on the AC and it was very slow, in about 30 minutes, I reached out to the front desk with an issue and they gave me another room. Another room was the same and the temperature was at least 90F, I called them again and was told that all rooms are like that, all AC units are shot off before customers' arrival, and customers should turn them on. I was waiting for about 3 hours for the room to be cooled ( arriving at around 2 am, I didn't sleep until approximately 5 am). My Suggestion to all, Its better to spend $15-$20 more and stay at La Quinta or any other simmilar 3 star hotel for your short or even long stay, where you will receive good service, clean rooms, and Of course cool rooms upon arrival. For property staff, to keep your business up and running, you should let all AC units work in your rooms upon customers' arrival. I spent around $90 and its just terrible.

简直是骗局。还不如待在车里。毛巾里有虫子,水冷,没有灯,六个插座都不能用,手机充电或美发工具都坏了。管理人员根本不在乎,因为他们已经拿走了我们的钱。取消了预计的第二晚住宿。别再亏钱了!
