Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and a good variety on the menu.
Pool area was nice, not too busy and clean.

Beautiful room with sea view - newsletter was a nice touch as delicious- delicious breakfasts esp the smoked haddock & poached eggs. Spa was so relaxing and staff throughout were so helpful

I would have given 5 star's but found that this hotel's quality of customer service could be vastly improved by hiring more staff. This is most evident at breakfast when there's no one available to clear tables. This is a lovely hotel in a lovely location so please don't let the standard slip .Well done to the staff who are doing their best.

Very highly recommended. The hotel has had a spruce up since I was last here and she's looking lovely. Very comfy beds and powerful shower with nice products. Great spa. Food and cocktails both delicious. Everyone super friendly and helpful. With local people coming in to use the pool or have a drink at the bar, it feels like part of the town as well rather than just a tourist enclave. We will be back.

酒店泳池不错。
我预订的是海景房，但房间却只能看到屋顶和铁管。不过，站在顶层窗户往外看，居然能看到树木间的海景！这完全出乎我的意料。我当时以为这跟我的奖励住宿有关！但也没法证明。前台服务很差，如果我们不主动询问，他们根本不会提供任何信息。房间还可以，但洗手池里没有肥皂。第一天的早餐还不错，水果摆在盘子里，看起来很新鲜，是早餐菜品之一。第二天，水果却盛在一个碗里，汁水多得像洗碗水一样，一点也不好吃。酒店想营造一种高档的形象，但早餐每天都一样，缺乏变化，这实在说不过去。泳池区域很漂亮，但只有一个浴池，如果想让客人在下水前冲洗一下，那就太不方便了。
