Check was smooth and easy. Room was stone cold on arrival. No heating on at all and bathroom radiator would not turn on. Room heated up after about an hour of having the panel heater on however maintenances to be called to resolve the issue in the bathroom. An extra duvet was requested that did not arrive until a second request was made for it. Bed was lovely and large however could have had a firmer mattress for my liking. Overall a pleasant room for the cost.

Perfect 👌 friendly staff, served me with the drink even the bar was closed. Big and clean and war room, nice shower. 24h check in reception. Would definitely recommend it.

The staffs are lovely,
Room are neglected, my bed was torn in places. The one coffee mug, not cleaned properly, even one of the bed was made properly.
Toilet is uncomfortable.
Location is great, for exploring.

Receptionist polite and cheerful; she quickly sorted out my tv remote (batteries failing).
Room was clean but "facilities" are dated:
large crack in wash basin, plug showing staining/corrosion as did the soap holder. Both need replacing as they look cheap and suggest that senior management don't care about basic standards.
Steam clearly showed that the shower's glass panel had not been properly cleaned.
I couldn't adjust the temperature control valve on the shower. It was just about bearable after I had reduced the flow pressure. These things need to be regularly checked too.
I'm not expecting the Ritz with the price I paid but basic upkeep of "worn out" parts is essential.

actually, the hotel was fine. but need to do much maintenance work to maintain.
the acoustic insulation need to be improve and If restaurant reopen will be help much.
Anyway, for staying 1 or 2 night is fine.

We stayed at the Urban Leisure last night and it was quite an experience! Pulling into the dark, empty car park scattered with leaves, it felt completely deserted — almost like we’d stepped into a movie set. Inside, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely receptionist (who seemed to be running the whole place on her own!).
All the facilities were closed, and with the red carpets and long, silent corridors, the whole place gave off serious Overlook Hotel vibes from The Shining — eerie but kind of brilliant in its own way.
Check-in was quick and pleasant, our room was large, clean, and had a nice bathroom. Probably the cheapest hotel we’ve ever stayed in — and yet one of the most memorable! The kids (and my husband) spent the evening running around exploring and making spooky videos.
If you’re after a bit of quirky fun and don’t mind a quiet atmosphere, it’s definitely a stay you won’t forget.

Very clean and comfortable stay, staff are very pleasant and helpful, the hotel is in need of some tlc but the price does reflect this.
Unfortunately the restaurant isn’t operating which makes it difficult especially when other eating venues are few and far between.
