Such a beautiful location by the sea, hotel was very spacious and clean. All the staff from front of house to behind the scenes (maids, spa, bar) were extremely helpful. The spa facilities were amazing. We had an executive room overlooking the estuary, which was lovely, lots of room and peacefully quiet as we had asked for. Would highly recommend a visi, albeit not cheap but worth every penny.

Very impressive hotel within Deganwy marina, very friendly staff at check in, our room was excellent, spacious and had everything we needed, amazing view from the balcony of the estuary, Conwy Castle and the various sea birds. Food in the bar was good quality in relaxed surroundings and the staff were very attentive and made for an enjoyable evening. We enjoyed the pool and spa, not the biggest spa but had enough to do, we did a spa package which included lunch which was very nice, on our way to the room we found a relaxation room for spa guests which we didn’t know about. Enjoyed our breakfast in the morning, plenty of cereals, fruits, pastries, juices etc and an amazing cooked breakfast, staff again were excellent as were the staff when we checked out. Overall a very enjoyable time, the staff made for excellent stay would definitely recommend.

Large clean rooms. Decent tv but fairly weak WiFi.
Breakfast below average, seemed to be largely reheated.
Spa was a mixed bag. Massage treatments weee good. But rooms within spa were small and not very hot. Although sauna was ok.
Plenty of parking although not much going on in the immediate vicinity. Nice bar & restaurant with good views.

Very welcoming & friendly staff. Hotel immaculately clean throughtout. Our room was large and well -appointed and had all the necessary conveniences and more.
We used the Spa and pool, boyh of which were quite small but still very good. Breakfast & dinner was very good indeed and served in lovely surroundings with very polite & helpful staff.

Some of the decor in the room is looking a bit tired and could do with a refresh. There are stains on the curtains and marks on the walls and furniture. Other than that the room was pleasant and comfortable and liked the sea view.
The breakfast was good too.

We've stayed at the Quay Hotel for nearly 20 years but the introduction of a £25 PP charge to use the pool means I doubt we will return. It's the principle of this which speaks volumes about how they want to treat guests of the hotel compared to their spa members. Combined with other things like having to reserve a time for breakfast they have truly forgotten what customers want from a hotel stay. It is a lovely hotel but unfortunately we will go elsewhere where our custom is valued.

Always a friendly welcome here, excellent service in the bar and restaurant, great food - specially the breakfast! Well laid out with easy parking.
Staff in the wellness centre are very good and the pool/sauna area is well worth a visit.

Room with balcony was great. Cushions for outdoor chairs was good. Housekeeping wach day great. Staff all lovely. Spa was nice however as a guest you shoukd be able to use whenever you like.
