The Spa, although small had good facilities including a himalayan slat room, foot spa and pool with jacuzzi.
The temperature of the pool and jacuzzi could be warmer.
One of the taps in the Port view rooms was clearly broken and the shower door did not close fully.
Attention to detail to fix these issues is needed for the price paid.
Otherwise this is a relaxing and comfortable hotel with friendly staff who provided a good service.

The spa was a bit busy but ok. The staff were great, the atmosphere was courteous friendly and professional. Get a room with a door opening on to the estuary if you can. We are going there again.

Amazing location, friendly staff, clean rooms, classy feel, comfy bed and great spa facilities. However the one let down of the room is the shower, it was outdated, loose and not great for someone over 6 foot

Great from beginning to end with the welcome from Katie, the room, the pool, the breakfast and the location, we will stay again.

Great service and comfort
Great facilities, very comfortable bedding and shower facilities. Check in was awesome and they provided breakfast in a bag with pastries, fruit, water and snacks as we had to leave early.
The staff was super friendly and while Conwy isn’t walkable this is still a great location.

Hotel guests can only use the spar area at certain times unless they pay extra..
Steam room lacks steam, at least the 2 mornings I was there, maybe different at other times but that was my experience..
Showers in the changing rooms are temperature set and unchangeable, for me too hot but that’s me..
The rooms are ok but my bathroom hadn’t been cleaned particularly well..
No food after 8:30 although the staff did try helping us obtain food from outside, we ended up travelling the local McDonald’s
Decent bar and cracking cocktails..

The hotel is not close to the town and other restaurants it is a 30/40 min walk to the town of Conwy. The hotel facilities are tired, bar chair leather cracked and have dirty armrests. In the room we had 224, the bathroom heater did not work, the sink drain was blocked (it was fixed after we reported it) the hot water is to hot for safety and the kettle took a long time to switch off. My wife was overcharged in the Spa as the staff did not understand the rates.
