Hotel was clean, rooms had nice bathrooms . But needs basic things fixed. Eg window in room was sagging with a 20mm gap allowing cold air in.
Bed has a mattress topper to hide the springs sticking through the mattress…really uncomfortable bed
Menu was really basic in evening burgers/pizzas …I’d expect better from a “spa” hotel
Breakfast was ok…but pretty basic food choices again I’d expect better for this type of hotel
Overall pretty sad for a hotel claiming to be a spa

我们2024年3月入住时体验很好，但上周末（5月11日）这次入住却非常令人失望。我们发现房间很脏，床底下有虫子爬来爬去。我们要求换房，虽然换了，但新房间还是有同样的问题，我把这事告诉了夜班接待员。幸运的是，他半夜又给我们换了第三个房间，这个房间很干净。当时我们已经很累了，所以睡得很好。退房时我们和前台说了情况，他们为我们提供了免费早餐，这很不错，但如果房间总是这么脏，我们真的不会想再来了，照片为证。我5月13日已经给酒店经理写了信，但目前还没有收到任何回复。
房间很棒，可惜有些客人太不替别人着想了！除此之外，这是一次完美的住宿体验。
这家酒店解释得很清楚，很适合居住。希望能再次光临。
不得不付了两次钱。Trip.com没有向酒店付款。
