The location is convenient. The property is badly dated but in the process of renovation. My first room had something brown splashed on the headboard of the bed. I was then assigned a room on the 3rd floor. After cleaning beneath the head of the bed where there was significant dust, debris, a live silverfish, and I got settled in, I noticed a large stain on the ceiling which would indicate a leak of some type. There was also a musty smell coming from the bathroom. When I spoke to the front desk staff in the morning, I was promised a room on the highest floor (4) when I returned from work that day. When I got back to the hotel, the attendant at the desk told me that she didn’t know who I spoke to but there were no 4th floor rooms available. She offered me another room on the 3rd floor but when I went to see it before moving, I found the stove to be dirty with splattered grease on the surface of the stove as well as the backsplash area. I decided to just stay in the room with the smell and the stained ceiling. Nobody cared to follow-up to be sure my concerns were resolved. Every room I saw was dirty.

During my stay Anita provided great customer service and was very attentive. She answered any and all questions that I may have had.

Great experience Anita the front desk supervisor is the best. She went above and beyond. Housekeeping made sure they met all of our needs as well.

The Residence was a great place to be, with a versatile breakfast, a full cheap small market, and great staff, they made it easier to rest well. Anita and Chris on the evening/overnight staff were very helpful and kind!

去年我因为出差在这家酒店住过12次以上。虽然酒店正在努力升级，但客房服务（或者说客房服务）的缺失才是最大的问题。我的房间一直有点脏，甚至在入住时就脏兮兮的：冰箱顶部积满灰尘，角落里有蜘蛛网和蜘蛛，柜台上还有前一位客人留下的食物碎屑等等。很多次，我的房间预定打扫，却迟迟没有打扫。这家酒店唯一的优点是万豪礼赏、地理位置优越，最重要的是下午的前台接待员Anita。她一直都很友好、乐于助人，而且总是面带微笑。她绝对是我在这家酒店遇到的最好的员工，而且是最勤奋的。Anita，谢谢你所做的一切！
Anita 是我在酒店遇到的最好的夜间服务员。每次我走进去，她都会问我有什么需要，或者今天过得怎么样。她对那天晚上的一切都那么热情周到，让我感觉就像在家一样。她还确保整晚都有新鲜的咖啡供应。毫无疑问，她是我迄今为止遇到的所有酒店中最棒的夜间服务员。
