Staff is is very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The food from the bistro was great breakfast and dinner. Will definitely return my next trip to Raleigh.

Very nice hotel and staff was friendly. Room and bathroom is really nice, with a small exception of two plumbing. The shower faucet handle and face plate were not installed correctly. And the bathroom sink had a slow drain. Other than that it was perfect.

AC audibly turns on and off through the night
While eco friendly, the lack of option to keep the fan running on the AC made for more sleep interruptions throughout the night as it turned on and off audibly. For some it may not be an issue but for those that are more sensitive to sound it's frustrating. Other than that I had a lovely stay

我预订了无障碍淋浴间，并提前一天直接打电话到酒店确认。酒店代表态度傲慢粗鲁。抵达后没有无障碍淋浴间。花了30分钟甚至更长时间才在另一家姐妹酒店找到。账单没有调整
酒店非常热，房间温度设定为 66 度，但仍然很热，浴室也没有打扫，要求前台换一下，但一直没有得到答复
非常吵，维修人员找不到噪音的来源，房间已售罄，无法换房间。只能住在一个吵闹的房间里。听起来像是半夜在施工。
