酒店回复: We are so sorry to read that you left feeling this way despite our best efforts to make amends at the time of your stay last July. We heard your complaints and were reassured that you left feeling we had put things right for you. We do hope our hotel continues to appeal to both family and adult groups and those who like to bring their four legged friends on holiday and I am sorry it was not for you.

Room was amazing unfortunately the service in the restaurant was very poor, waited over an hour for light bites of bread & dip & then our mains came out cold, the staff were very kind & said we didn’t need to pay for what we had

Lovely hotel on the coast overlook a bay. Spa is small but nice and clean.
Friendly staff throughout.
Good parking.
Only thing that put me off was the walls were paper thin.
You could here the next person turning over in bed and talking.
More sound insulation desperately needed.

Parking was good, the hotel was very busy so unable to use the spa area as people were queuing outside! That was disappointing! The lamps in the room were dusty and the shower screen was dirty. That was the only issues, loved the village, the hotel and the view from the room. We will return, when the hotel is less busy!

住的海景房，窗外景色极佳。酒店位置不错，附近景点很多，到海边也近。不过必须的自驾，不然哪也去不了。工作人员很友好，但有时忘了来打扫卫生。按酒店说不需要打扫卫生时可挂请勿打扰。但实际只要不挂请打扫的牌子他们就不来打扫。另外虽然包早餐，但只是凉的（欧洲大陆式）。要热的早餐需另加6镑/人天。
房间很棒，可以俯瞰海滩。
员工非常友好且知识渊博。
酒店非常干净。
早餐很棒，但要注意的是，包含的早餐只有欧陆式冷餐，如果想要热早餐则需额外支付 6 英镑。
考虑到房价，这有点贵——应该把热早餐包含在内才对！
入住很麻烦——我们很早就到了，想用一下酒店的设施，但直到下午 4 点才拿到房间——当时排队办理入住的人太多了。
在高海拔地区度过了一段美好的时光。我们在野外咖啡馆享用了一顿美味的餐点。早餐选择丰富，是我们旅途中最棒的自助餐。虽然气温凉爽，但房间（位于二楼）却略显闷热。

这家酒店简直是一团糟，简直是****，想满足所有人的需求，但都失败了。它想成为家庭友好型酒店，为成年人提供一个宁静放松的环境。但它不知道自己想要什么，所以最终变成了一个无法很好地满足任何人需求的地方。我们住的时候，这里挤满了孩子，所以有时就像在托儿所，而不是一个宁静的避难所！

他们在你入住期间根本不提供客房服务，并声称这是出于可持续发展的原因，但实际上却是为了削减成本。
此外，在我们入住期间，在与员工的每次互动中，我们都发现他们很粗鲁、傲慢——我们觉得他们的态度不是以客户为中心，而是把我们当成很幸运能住在那里的人！
