Great location. Right on the sea front and close to the South Pier/Pleasure Beach.
Friendly service from all staff. Breakfast was great. Rooms need a bit of updating but this was a great hotel overall.

Nice hotel if a little tired
Great sea view from the room, which was comfortable but a bit small. The whole hotel is a bit dated and worn. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The food was good, decent choice at buffet style breakfast. Evening meal had plenty of choice for starter and desert from the buffet, main course served to the table. Free parking very convenient. The price per night was a bit expensive for a 3 star hotel

Every member of staff was polite, friendly and happy. Room was a great size and clean. The show bar was fantastic. Excellent artists and a brilliant atmosphere. Well done to everyone.

Lovely food no we didn’t have a sea view from our bedroom but very clean and comfortable beds
房间有点旧了，需要翻新。早餐很好吃。淋浴体验不错，停车也很方便。
很棒的酒店和娱乐设施。员工服务非常好。唯一的问题是我们的房间太小了，而且有点热。
房间一尘不染，虽然有点陈旧，但一切都很棒。
餐厅里有一张专属餐桌，整个入住期间都归你使用；歌舞酒吧里也有一张专属餐桌，我觉得特别棒，尤其是我们六个人一起的时候。
所有员工都非常友善热情，早餐和晚餐都很美味，娱乐节目也精彩绝伦。周末过得很愉快，肯定会再来的。
前台工作人员热情友好，房间干净舒适，侧房视野开阔，厨房的排气扇晚上9点关闭。住宿包含半膳。晚餐非常棒，开胃菜和甜点都是自助式的，主菜有4种选择，上菜速度很快，完全不用等待。早餐是自助餐形式，选择也很丰富。
我住的房间，厕所和浴室之间的空间太小，电视机也太小，不适合房间大小。而且从早上6点15分开始，就能听到工作人员进出大楼的门铃声……不过床很舒服也很干净，食物也很棒。
