Staff was very polite and accomodating. The view from top floors was beautiful. Great location

I came to visit our daughter. She is very busy. So she didn't have very much time she could spend with me. I took her out to breakfast & we spent 1 1/2 hrs. together.

Clean room, beautiful river view and path around the building and river. Wished we could have stayed another day to check out the city.

The Lobby and rooms were very nice. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was a plus. However, the bathroom in 306 was filthy behind the toliet and under the sink area. It took 5 minutes of running the shower until you got hot enough water to shower. Sink also took several minutes to get luke warm water. Seems a large waste of water for the hotel. The bathroom door was off kelter and unable to close like normal. There was no fan vent in the bathroom! Lots of moisture steaming up the mirror. The foods presented in the metal chafing dishes were luke warm at best. Pancakes cold. Which is too bad because the food was well made. I would definitely stay there again if those things were taken care of.

I didn’t book a handicap room but I got one. Broken shower head. Never had to shower with a wand before . Hood shower wand in one hand and scrub with the other hand. Water pressure was minimal at best. Toilet won’t flush unless repeated at least 3 flushes.

Very nice
We really enjoyed our overnight stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice area. The restaurant attached to the restaurant was just okay and expensive for what it is. Overall, I would recommend the hotel.

When we checked in the front desk attendant was very apologetic in letting us know the room type we had reserved had sustained water damage and wouldn’t be available. She offered us another room and gave us a substantial discount. She was so very nice, helpful and welcoming. It certainly started our visit out on the right foot.

Room is nice and clean. Can hear outside noise and noise in the hallway which is fairly normal. Ice machine on the 5th floor does not work and neither do the jets on the hot tub. Pool was nicely heated however both that and the hot tub appear to need re-lining. Nothing is terribly disappointing just a few update/repairs could be done.

Just my kids and I. Had a great experience and we loved the pool of course. Everything was very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good as well. Definitely worth the stay!!
