Fantastic budget motel in Omaha. For once, the pictures actually show accurately what you get. Yes, the property is old and yes it has quite a few people living there, so get some interesting smells in the halls, but the staff is very very helpful and accommodating and while the property is old, it is very clean. I travel cross-country for business and I would happily stay here again. I got a very spacious room for an incredible price and the area, while next to the highway, is quiet otherwise.
No, the breakfast isn't mind-blowing, it's yogurt, cereal, coffee, and waffles. However, it's obvious why. A. This is a very cheap place to stay. B. With the semi-permanent residents, as a business, do you think eggs or sausage would be economical? No, they would not be. - So the options are actually pretty decent.
There was no coffee pot in the room, but there is hot coffee all day available. I am finding less budget motels have coffee pots in the room, people steal them, and if it's an expense you can cut without most people caring, why not?
Given the price and condition of the property, which is in repair and current maintained and is old, and the amenities, I'd give this an 8 out of 10 easily for what you pay for. It's a well-run old property in a great central location, it's got it's quirks, but it's not bad at all.

This is from part of the hotel that is under renovation, and not a rentable room. We are working hard to clean everything up and renovated for a better guest experience.

The room was horrible-only one power cord for 2 tvs, the light covers in the bathroom were broke, there were weird panels that were coming off the wall. When i called about the issues, i was hung up on. I had to use my cell phone to call the fro t desk bc the room pgone did not work. The front desk overnight people were rude. There were dogs barking all night in neighboring rooms. The common areas of the hotel were filthy. I guess that you get what you pay for.

When I arrived the hotel was very noisy, many of the room doors to rooms looked damaged, including the room I was in. room across the hall door was smashed in as if someone tried to break in the room.
But, my room was clean and the locks worked. after 11pm the hotel was quite and I slept well.

这是一笔信用卡欺诈性消费，我从未预订过这家酒店，也没有入住过。
我一直都住在这家酒店，从来没有遇到过任何问题，但这次的待遇太糟糕了。我订的是无烟房，结果他们却给我安排了一间吸烟房。晚上11点，他们告诉我无法更改房间，必须退房，而且不退款。此外，抽屉里还有披萨饼皮，枕头又脏又旧。我以后不会再来了。
