The staff saved the day. Booked us 1st on the west entrance....horror story, no window, no heat, dark. Mgr rebooked us to south entrance which was very nice.

The first room was so dirty and the heat didnt work, they moved me to a second room. Second room was good though.

Wont stay again
We were disapointed to find out the hot tub was closed, than when we tried to sleep, the bed was way to hard and uncomforable, the pillows werent very soft either. Breakfast was good we appreciated that.

First room was dirty. Plumbing was poor Tub did not drain. Second room was given after I complained. Not much better. Hotel needs total overhaul.

We booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms the mattress was stained so horribly you could see it through the sheets. TV did not work at all!

床不太舒服。房间又冷又漏风。因为房间漏风，暖气一直开着。早餐还算可以，只是香肠是冷的，麦片配的是脱脂牛奶。毯子很差劲。
