Clean room, welcoming and informative staff. We did cut our stay one night short due to a winter storm watch.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Still don’t have my incidentals returned back to me. Staff was very rude. Parking is terrible for handicapped people. A rip off.

Most comfortable beds after a day of travel. This hotle was clean from entering the building to our room!

Easy check-in friendly professional staff informational if there was anything i needed please don't hesitate to call and to have a good stay. Room was in order and clean.

We like to stay here so we can eat at 360. This particular time the steak was very undercooked, but the waitress and manager remedied that as soon as they noticed. We have stayed in the past and had perfect rooms. This was the first time using expedia-we did not get a single king bed as we had chosen, the ac was not working properly, the shower sprayed from the pipes when we turned it on, and the toilet ran all night. Top it off with it being an adjoined room, and the neighbors havingan all nighter and more fun than i hoped to explain to my 5 year old son. Things i will have to be aware of in the future to avoid and look for when checking in.

The hotel was fine. The room was very spacious. The problem is that you can still smell cigarette smoke even in the hotel rooms. You can't escape it. We were on the 5th floor but no amount of filtration can keep the cigarette smoke from spreading thru the hotel.
