Everything was fantastic with the exception that you have to pay to park in their lot. The rates are already above what is average for the area, then you pay $16/ night to park. A little ridiculous.

This hotel was neat, easy to check in and out, had easy parking, and right beside the venue we were going to. I will stay here again.

Very clean and friendly staff. Great view of the city and close to a lot of cool things in the downtown area. Only misstep is no complimentary breakfast but the breakfast they do offer is good but slightly pricey ~10-18$ per person

Okay hotel - but there are better close by.
Check in staff had zero personality and not at all helpful. I don't know if room had been cleaned. We found makeup on the side from last individuals. Although the room looked clean the floor was filthy. You feet would be black within seconds of walking on the floor in bare feet. Had a plastic back with painters' tape over the smoke detector. We got a room on the back side of the hotel. I went back down to ask if we could get a room on the front side as it was overlooking the park and was the main reason we choose that hotel.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, and great customer service. My only complaint is that for the price I would expect breakfast to be included, but it isn't. The flip side to breakfast not being included is that it led to the discovery of a local diner, Blue Plate, that serves one of the best breakfasts that I have ever had. Highly recommend A.C. and Blue Plate.

Not my first stay, will be my last
Not my first stay at this hotel, but I wont be returning. Someone with a key tried to open our door not once, but twice during our stay. Luckily we had the door stopper. We reported it, it happened again. We were told no one was scheduled to come to our room yet "maintenence" arrived and said the room was unoccupied, while we were sleeping. Was never informed about parking protocols, got ticketed and the front was not helpful and sent me away since I had already checked out. Sam at Customer Service was nice, but do not feel safe staying there again since the people trying to get into our room had keys.

Service wasn't great and mattresses were too soft. Should at least have a breakfast credit.
