Every day I have problems with a new reservation for my room, and I have to kindly ask them not to wake me up and put up the do not disturb sign, but they still wake me up. This is horrible for someone who is being treated for depression and trying to regulate their sleep.

The room was a fairly good size, it was clean but a bit rundown. The bed was comfortable There are resort fees which this place should not get to charge the resort must have been from 49 years ago. This is no resort if that is what you expect. It is clean and cheap.

Stayed to ere two times an it is getting better because the first stay was not great second time was a tid bit better!

Terrible experience , first time checking out and getting another room . The front desk staff was helpful but limited on what they could do & overworked .
First off , checking in I was sceptical since the Lobby was full of a lot of loud people . I checked in anyways and when I got to my room I noticed my TV was missing from the wall but the remote was still on the dresser. There was a Simon says (seriously) on my nightstand for entertainment… as I was trying to relax in my room with no tv , a family of 5 opened my door because they had the same key and room number ??
They said I was in their room but I showed them my keycard & we realized we had been given the same room. I was there first so they went away, I had plans that evening and at that time decided I didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything in my room . I took my stuff downstairs & tried to find something that would make this hotel doable, unfortunately I found more trains to leave . Very run down and it’s in a bad area
I ended up checking out after 2hrs and got a new room elsewhere where I was happy .

最后,价格是压垮我的最后一根稻草。这个破地方竟然每晚收取如此离谱的费用,换来的却是如此噩梦般的体验。我从未被一家酒店坑得这么惨。总之:离这家酒店越远越好——无论你多么绝望,它都根本不值得。

我希望没有隐藏费用。因为除了付款之外,我注册时还额外支付了30美元,但购买时却显示没有额外费用。
房间宽敞、舒适。不幸的是,我们的运气很差,凌晨 3 点邻居打开音乐把我们吵醒了。我们不得不敲墙让他把音乐关掉。这样,他们的谈话全部都能被听到了。
需要对绿化区域、停车场照明、双语工作人员和房间进行更好的维护。浴室需要桌子来放置浴室物品,保险箱不能用。
