Clean & affordable! Beds were comfy, a/c was cold, shower had plenty hot water. Breakfast was okay but free! Would stay again!

This was our third time staying at the spring Texas location and the whole place smelled like mildew . The first room smelled like pure mildew and felt very damp , the young lady at the desk was awesome she went above and beyond to find us a room that wasn’t smelling like mildew . But as soon as you step out the elevator it smelled like mildew. will not be staying at that location again .

We prepaid for our r oom through the ******* app. We called the hotel, to inform them of our late arrival, we were told our room was not guaranteed
