Great location, just very loud. The wedding in the lobby and the dogs barking all night had me ready to leave. Other than that the hotel itself is nice. Just not a good place for a peaceful night.

We only stayed 1 night but the staff was very nice, at least the front desk I encountered was. The room was clean and comfortable with everything working properly. I would definitely stay here again.

我和太太庆祝结婚十周年，特意带她去了外州。她对再次入住雅乐轩酒店感到非常兴奋，因为我们以前也住过！我们进入房间时，我送的花已经放在那里了，这很好。我们把空调调到舒适的温度，结果在海滩待了四个小时回来后，房间里却有25摄氏度（78华氏度）。
打电话给前台，他们说无能为力。维修人员检查了控制面板，一切正常，但我们的房间正好在室内泳池上方。泳池区域的温度据说是27摄氏度（80多华氏度），但没有人同意尝试降低泳池区域的温度。相反，他们建议我们打开阳台门，并给我们一个箱式风扇。
当时室外温度在31-33摄氏度（80多到90华氏度）之间。虽然有点微风，但当箱式风扇送到后，我们吃完晚饭回来，关上门后感觉还可以接受。管理层没有跟进我们的情况，工作人员对我们的担忧和要求也显得很敷衍。

如果您是带着毛孩子旅行，那这家酒店就是您的不二之选。对宠物非常友好！夏季旺季期间，海洋城海滩禁止狗狗入内，所以我以前都会带我家狗狗去阿萨蒂格国家公园玩沙滩。但现在，我不用再特地跑那么远去阿萨蒂格了。床非常柔软（我个人喜欢硬一点的床），但却出乎意料地舒服！免费的热咖啡也很好喝，省去了我开车出门找咖啡店的时间。这是我带着毛孩子住过最好的酒店了！
我们抵达酒店时，前台告知我们通过Trip.com预订的房间无法提供。在与助理总经理Stacy进一步沟通后，我们了解到实际上是Trip.com在预订中出现了错误，并没有为我们预留我们已付费的房间。Stacy非常出色，她不仅解决了这个错误，还为我们升级了房间，并提供了更多服务。我们非常感谢她所做的一切。我们在这里度过了愉快的时光。
贵，且卫生条件一般般，不过当地也挑不出什么更好的了。
我们非常失望。我们来的时候只有一辆车，两个人，我们被收取了两个停车位的费用，尽管我们已经告诉他们我们只有一辆车。旅游陷阱！再也不来了。
