This property is approximately 25 miles east of Greenville, MS where we wanted to stay. ******* sent us that far out of our way, but attaching this hotel to the Greenville area. Nice property, but pretty far away from the major highways.

Microwave. You need Microwaves in room.. I know your worried about cleanliness... BUT, If you allow Pets,... which are unclean.. it shouldn't be a problem with having microwaves in the rooms.

The room was clean but didn’t have any extras. The check in was easy and very friendly. We didn’t have any coffee or cream and sugar in the room. The only disappointment was no bathtub just a shower. Overall it was very pleasant

Location was great! Downtown Cleveland
Hotel was clean and restaurant prices were reasonable and very nice. I would stay here again.

I’m so disappointed with our stay in this hotel. We had stayed here before and it was good but this time it has deteriorated. The staff are unfriendly and a lot of things didn’t work.
First, the door lock didn’t work very well, it gets jammed sometimes. Then there were no toiletries in the bathroom, except for a bar of soap and lotion. I had to request for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The phone in the room wasn’t working. The safe wasn’t working. Also there was no hairdryer and it took a while for them to deliver one.
On our second day, no foot towel was provided and all the towels were just placed on the counter and not hanged. When I mentioned it at the front desk, she said they don’t hang towels.
Isn’t this supposed to be a 4 star hotel? The service is
really lacking at this place. They’re minor stuff but it makes a difference between a 4 star and a 3 star. Even a 3 star hotel has better service than this one. This is more like a 2 star.

The beds in our hotel room are so uncomfortable. For the price we paid, we were expecting to have a luxury stay at what we thought was a luxury hotel.
