不好不坏,国外酒店都这样
这家酒店本可以做得更好。地理位置优越,就在克莱顿市中心。但我们住的房间简直“平庸”。一间没有窗户,还飘着淡淡的污水味。另一间有窗户,还过得去。酒店建筑古老而古朴,但感觉没人费心费力、投入精力或资金来打造一家出类拔萃的酒店。真可惜。
我非常失望,因为这是万豪旗下的酒店,我住过很多家。地理位置优越,交通便利,建筑外观也非常漂亮。但酒店内部看起来年久失修,这真是令人遗憾,毕竟这是一家历史悠久的酒店。入住区感觉像个宿舍,供应咖啡的房间家具和布局都不太美观,一点也不温馨。原本可以成为一个美丽的户外庭院,却只摆放着数量有限且破败的家具。万豪知道这酒店有多糟糕吗?它本来可以成为真正的瑰宝。真是令人惋惜!

床中间凹陷了。
浴室地板和迷你吧台上都有残留物。地板很黏。房间里一半的灯泡都坏了。早餐只有一个硬邦邦的贝果、一个硬邦邦的英式松饼或麦片。
说实话,装修感觉很廉价,我不得不上网查看照片,看看是不是记错了预订的房间!
别来这里了。我不会再住这里了。

我在七角楼旅馆 (Seven Gables Inn) 度过了非常愉快的时光。房间很大(213),也很干净。宽敞的大理石浴室和加热马桶。酒店的一些地方需要粉刷或翻新,但房间很棒。工作人员很友好,而且付出了额外的努力。我的同事住的是另一间只有一半大小的房间,不太满意,所以我现在明白了网站上褒贬不一的评价。请告知我们213房间或同等级别的房间。
