I’m really sending better energy to the very unhappy front desk staff! I got stuck in Dallas on a layover due to a delayed flight and made a reservation here not realizing that there are two airports and that this hotel is near DWL and was not near me at DAL. ☹️☹️☹️ When I called in to see if I could cancel or perhaps transfer to a different/closer Wyndham property, the phone rang for 3 minutes before it was answered with “Hello?” (No intro, no mention of the business…) While trying to explain my question I was repeatedly interrupted with “What terminal? What terminal?” before I was *hung up on.* It took 3 more phone calls before I got an answer (I reintroduced myself and asked to speak to manager and was told “I am the only manager”). I was finally able to get the listening ear I needed to explain my situation - for which he had no solution, and that is fine!!! But obviously this individual was in an unfortunate mental state that allowed him to be so rude and uncaring towards his guests. I spent a lot of unnecessary time and energy attempting to resolve a very simple situation. Travel is already stressful enough without battling the negative energy of an individual who we are turning to for help. When I finally got though again I did make sure to wish him a good night, and I hope the staff here finds the support they need to find their desire to take care of their guests! P.S. I also reached out to the site I had booked through for a possible solution, and was on hold for 18 minutes as they tried - and FAILED - to contact this location. It is TBD on a refund, I did have to book a whole new room (also at a wyndham property though) and while I cannot give an opinion on the rooms at this property, it is definitely a 0 stars on customer service. 💔🙏

The person that answered the phone when I called did was difficult to understand. He told me to wait at C19 which I did but a van never showed up. Each time he was more and more rude and disrespectful. After calling 5times and being told they were on their way I called 1 more time. I asked him to please send a ride. I was tired and just needed to get to my hotel. I asked him if it was a Hawthorne van and he said No No No and hung up on me. When I called back he wouldn’t answer. I had to spend the night in an airport at 63 years old because of the customer support provided by your staff

The Indian who answers the phone is awful. I waited over an hour for a shuttle from the airport. He kept saying it was on the way and to wait at pick up C19. I did for an hour. No one showed . I called him again, he yelled at me because Zo don’t understand Indianenglish and hung up on me. I am 63 and sitting in the chapel at the airport with no place to sleep

Room was clean but reeked of ****. No cooking or eating implements. No free breakfast. Seems to be more transient housing than extended-stay hotel. In daylight, the surrounding commercial area is nice. After dark, when we arrived, the property grounds were sketchy.

Staff was great. Room was AWFUL. I meant to call and talk about it but was too busy travelling. HEAVY cigarette smoke smell in a non-smoking "room" if it wasn't for the fact that we didn't get in until almost midnight and had to leave at 5am to get to the airport, we would have checked out and either gotten switched to a different room or gotten a refund and gone to a different hotel. My daughter is very allergic to cigarette smoke and we ended up having to leave the upstairs/outside door open most of the night, which is HIGHLY UNSAFE given that neighborhood, to compensate for it. Clock on the microwave wasn't set, so I thought I would be kind and reset it...I pushed the start button and the top facia board fell off and slammed onto my hand severely bruising it. Trash scattered ALL OVER the stair wells. Not like paper here or there: soda cans, things that had clearly broken within the apartment/room and had been placed outside for "someone" to haul off. Really unfortunate stay. I travel out of Love Field often, this would have been a great repeat option. Not after this event. Oh, and thank you for the survey reminder: if you've decided to STOP SERVING EVEN A "GRAB AND GO" Breakfast, THEN QUIT ADVERTISING THAT YOU INCLUDE A COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST!! So far beneath Wyndham standards. Truly a shame.

We checked out early because of the incorrect listing (they do not have breakfast), the general stickiness, and the nighttime check in service. The best part was the location, accessible to a lot of great things.

Smelled like cigarette smoke. AC worked well. Tv was a good size and location. Mattress was thin. Massive closet space. Woke up to roach on the headboard. 2 roaches in the bathtub and shower curtain. Sync cabinet had wood rot.

I had a break-in at 3 AM! A man crawled through the second floor window while I was in the room sleeping. Scared him off. Drug dealers on site and NOT a safe location. Dirty rooms. If you value your safety spend a few extra bucks to stay somewhere else. Management is unprofessional and unfriendly. Do NOT stay here. The worst!

The place looked like a low rent property. Broken down vehicles filled the parking lot. Had to change rooms three different times before finding one suitable. Still trying to get the bill corrected. The place should be fine for carrying the Wyndham name.

This is an interesting concept. It looks like a apartment complex, but at least part of it is used as hotel. But the property is OLD and the apartments/rooms are run down. The website says they serve breakfast but the DO NOT. The furniture (couch and table) I would not even sit on because they were stained if not dirty.
