We were disappointed with our stay, on arrival we went to our room which we found cool. We got ready and headed down to the pool.. highly recommend bringing your own cap for the pool as we got stung £8 a cap which we weren't told the price of when getting them! Money could be spent as floors are very slippy around the pool area and going down steps into pool there were tiles missing and it was covered with a yellow sign!! When going for tea all there is is an A la Carte menu which wouldn't have a great selection. Our room was on the bottom floor and during the night we heard everyone heading to their rooms as they chatted. Also I thought there was window open as I heard all ongoing traffic passing the hotel through the night and a draft coming through. Was disappointed with our stay!!

Maintenance is on-going in our Health Club and is planned to take place during quieter down times when the Health Club members and hotel guests aren't going to be greatly inconvenienced. We stayed in room 150. Woken the first morning at 07:00 by music from the gym. Woken second morning at 06:50 by instructor shouting and thumping music from the gym. Not ideal!
The hotel was otherwise nice to stay and the staff very helpful, service was somewhat slow in the restaurant at dinner.

Found a dead insect in my evening meal, restaurant staff arent overly helpful or pleasant. The staff at breakfast were so rude basically lifting plates and utensils straight out of your hand and hovering around your table waiting for you to finish. Had our table cleared completely while up getting more breakfast so felt very rushed. Hotel itself was nice and bed was comfy. I would say its more of a gym facility than a spa, pool was full of men from the gym and sauna/steamroom/hot tubs over crowded from members of the public and unable to use. I did email the hotel regarding my concerns and it just sums up the helpfulness of staff whenever nobody bothered replying to me. Definitely wouldnt be back!
