Hotel needs renovation and rooms are dated. Roaches were present in my room, climbing on ceiling. I killed with shoe. I refused to sleep on sheets and experienced being bitten all night. I will refrain from booking any Extended Stay in my future travels. Awful experience and cannot recommend this hotel!!!

There was know one at the front desk to let us check in. We waited 15 minutes and left. It smelled terrible when we walked in and the smelled stayed as we waited. The parking lot was dark. Would not recommend!

There was someone sitting on the floor in the hallway when I arrived and he was still there in the morning when I checked out. That was very odd and creepy.

这是我住过酒店里最糟糕的一次体验。我甚至都没待到天亮就走了,而且我是从外地来的。我昨天跟你们的人联系过,他们说会给我回话,但到现在我还没收到你们公司的任何回复。
没有地方停车办理入住,外面停车位有限。不喜欢外带早餐。房间冰箱有霉味。房间里没有碗碟、锅碗瓢盆可以用来做饭。
