Perfect hotel for spending a day at Union Station. We took a break in the room with a dip in the pool and even went back to Union Station for the evening. Snacks at happy hour held everyone over and great selection for breakfast.

The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms. Convenient location. The parking garage was great, we felt totally safe. We love St Louis and highly recommend this hotel. We will always choose this location every time we visit St Louis. Thank you for making our stay very comfortable and accommodating.

We came on a rainy day so instead of being out, we stayed at the hotel. The design and architecture of the hotel was so beautiful and staff was so nice and friendly. We chose to stay at the hotel and have some food and drinks and headed to the hot tub for a bit. Overall, the best stay at a hotel we’ve had by far.

The staff at this property made all of the difference in the world. There were MANY different events happening this weekend in STL and this team showed up in an unbelievable way. Jenn checked us in with efficiency, professionalism and friendliness. She was so helpful and then we blink an eye and she is the bartender for the evening showing up and shining again. The staff who kept the hospitality areas function was phenomenal. There was never a time I saw when the food was empty, and any spills were wiped up quickly. The food was good, but man...that service team deserves their very own five star rating!
The venue was very close to the soccer stadium and that was the reason for our visit. Thanks to you all.

The staff was super helpful and made us aware of all of the amenities available during our stay. Everyone was very kind. The hotel offered free breakfast, free dinner, and free cocktails! Also in a great location.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff was friendly & helpful. Our room was clean. Bed was cozy and comfortable. Loved that they did a happy hour type service. That was an added bonus. Had a little pantry / market in case you forgot anything. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back into town.

i've stayed here several times and i will always keep coming back when i'm in st. louis. it's easy to get to, in a convenient location, and the parking is easy. the hotel itself is clean, the staff are nice, the lobby space is beautiful, and the breakfast is probably the best included one i've really had. i've never had an issue with the room either.
