Staff was great but I had continuous issues with keys not working and when i booked the room I was told on website it was a smoking room but was not

Great little hotel. Breakfast was spot on compared to others. The only 1 negative thing to say is that the King bed was uncomfortable.

Bad Bed
The hotel in itself was clean however, my main issue is the bed. The bed was like you took a queen size bed and put a 1000 pound body in the center of it. It was quite uncomfortable and you sunk in almost a half a foot which did not provide me any Rest or any sleep. The bed needs a new mattress and boxspring just awful.

Extremely loud rooms. Can hear everything. When asked for a new room nothing available. When asked for a refund for the following two nights denied even though they could have booked the rooms again. Will never stay there again.

“Micro” Microtel Hotel
All popular restaurants were right there within walking distance, outside of that area or other places that a family would need to go to shop. The reason for me being there was because of my son graduating from the military. I drove 815 miles to this hotel. The only thing about it is that it is very small. It’s compact that’s why it’s called “Micro”. If you don’t have more than one person with you and you don’t mind it being small and compact it then this is a good place to go with reasonable prices. If you have more than one person with you do not go here there’s not enough room otherwise everything else was good at the property.
