Very friendly staff, property is neat and clean and most importantly does smell bad. Only issue is that they dont have an elevator. I had to carry my big bag upstairs. However could be an issue for elderly folks

在苏圣玛丽（Sault Ste. Marie）选择不多，这家中档酒店很干净，还提供免费早餐，真是个加分项。
房间不大，床小。酒店的房间设计是与隔壁房间之间有个门连接，不是单独的墙，因此隔音效果不好。预订的时候看网上是无宠物的。到店后才发现这个酒店是允许宠物的。很多人带着狗。有介意宠物的不要订。餐厅就在进门厅，地方也很小。前台接待服务态度很好。卫生还可以。
这次订酒店是通过携程平台提前支付全款预订的。是最最错误的决定。以后一定要自己查询酒店，去酒店网站预订。预订的时候已经全款支付了，到了酒店竟然携程的第三方没有给酒店发送信用卡扣款码，联系携程后，一拖再拖，离店后好几天都没有支付给酒店，导致我们还要重新另外找朋友支付才办理入住。那我还需要在他们携程预订干啥。还要浪费10天的时间去沟通。本来安排好的旅游行程就这样被他们给耽误了。如果我们不是自己联系交涉再次付费，真的要在他国露宿街头了。想想都恐怖。差评携程。
